Hotel Nettuno

This hotel is in a beautiful setting right on lake Garda. It is clean and the staff are amazing,they work hard, long hours and will ensure your stay is perfect. We did have an issue in the restaurant on our second night,it was 40 minutes between courses and our desert had not been ordered we were fed up and hungry so I walked out. As we were leaving to walk into town Gianluca came out to us and asked what had happened and apologised profusely. The next morning the lady at reception also asked and again apologised and said they would put it right. We were treated like kings and Queens the next night with Gianlucca apologising again and really looking after us. Mistakes happen but it's what happens going forward and they certainly rectified it for us but when it was really busy I know others waited a long time. Can I suggest that tables are allocated at reception,then waiters/ waitress are allocated to set tables so 5or 6 each for example. However a special shout out to Gianlucca, Marvin,Banchory and Alice who looked after us in the restaurant,the lady in the bar(sorry forgotten name) the chef -the food was brilliant and the cleaning team. Would recommend staying here.

Our favourite hotel in Bardolino has been given a modern makeover, lovely contemporary bedrooms and a new lounge area, same fantastic customer service. The staff are without fail courteous and willing to do their utmost to ensure guests have a wonderful holiday. The reception team are very friendly, thanks to Giulia and the team for always being so helpful. Luca and his team in the bar were great fun, great service always with a smile. Special thanks to Manuel the Maitre’D in the restaurant, nothing was too much trouble, he really made our time at the Nettuno a pleasure, finding time to chat to us even when things were busy. His team of waiters including Marvin, Bakary, Nicola and Alice were a credit to him, all lovely, professional but super friendly. Food was delicious, as always, and a treat for me having interesting veggie options every day, we even met the chef who took the time to come and talk to us. The location on the lakefront is perfect, five minutes stroll into town but super quiet at night. Can’t wait to go back again

Wonderful stay at the Nettuno. Spotlessly clean, bright and airy. Very quiet rooms. Super friendly staff. Perfect location. Very good food, just can't find any faults. This hotel sits immediately on the lakeside and is just a short walk to the centre of Bardolino.

More than 1 week stay with half-board package, room + breakfast + dinner. The staff are nice and helpful. The hotel has a good location; close to the lake, the Bardolino pier, bar, restaurant & shopping village. Good exercise to walk to Garda. Dinners are good. The menu changes every night. Breakfast was normal and almost the same manu every day!! A restaurant should have an egg station & salad bar. And a few days before we checked out, the lift went out of service. We feel sorry for senior people who must walk up/down to the 3rd floor.

Just returned from spending a fabulous week at Hotel Nettuno in Bardolino. From beginning to end everything was outstanding, the location (literally on Lake Garda), the sumptuous and varied food and wine , the polite and helpful staff. A five minute walk takes you into the centre of Bardolino - so pretty with its many narrow bustling streets and restaurants We will return- Grazie Mille

First time at this hotel, second time to the region and was impressed with hotel. Location is excellent, right on the lake edge and a very short walk into the town centre. The rooms have just been refurbished to a good standard, only downside not one English Channel on tv. All rooms have tea/ coffee, safe and showers were good. The food here is very good with a fish, meat and vegetarian option each night. We had meat option each night which was excellent. As the weather was good we eat on terrace every night which is a superb option available.Breakfast great choice with omelettes on Sundays only, each day would have been nice. Bar great and very reasonable. The pool is great and never had a problem getting a sun bed even when we went to pool in afternoon. Entertainment one night a week was very good, great singer and guitarist who was on for over two hours. The ferry port is a 5 min walk away with access to all of lake. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely go back.
