Room was good but staff was talking rudely without any reason. Other facilities was good. Ac was working.

Rooms were cleaned and supported hotel staff - really enjoyed stay there as property is separate and very good services it all.

No hot water in the room, food arranged from outside and it was not mentioned. Price are to high, no worth of money. Breakfase timing is not standard. Pillow are poor questions.

Room was so conjusted, breakfast taste also very poor. Staff are good. Amenities (moisturizer)provided by the residency was expiry

Sir i want to bring in your notice that these people does not deserve to run a hotel. Moreover food quality was so worse that even * would not take that food. Other thing was that they were very uncooperative

Ac was not working after midnight. Staff was not available at night. Room service also not available after 10 pm

Great place for your stay in a peaceful and calm setting. Near to Bareilly Airport with close proximity to Rohilkhand medical institutions among other landmarks, the place offers great connectivity.

Despite requesting for a late check in we had to ring the bell for 30 mins as the main gate was closed. Room given was below average for the amount i paid. Breakfast took 30 mins to prepare and only option offered was maggie and bread omelette. Extremely unsatisfied.

Unexpected services as the services are as of a 5 star hotel,the staff is very herlfull,caring,and hotel is very well managed and so clean that i can roam anywhere without slippers,great services,food is hygenic and tasty,rates are nominal as per services,fully value for money hotel,peacefull silent location with airy rooms and a common balcony is provided.

The stay was good and the staff was Coporate enough. The cleanliness and the environment was good. The stay was peacefull and the locality was good .fooding and hospitality was also good.Happy with the stay thankyou Krishna residency.
