Pretty boutique hotel in a restored building. The room was spacious and the beds nice. We found housekeeping to be a little lackadaisical, but they always fixed the issue immediately. Breakfast was excellent. The uniforms the young women at reception wore were hideous. This is fashionable Italy!

A convenient and very comfortable place to stay. The staff was helpful and attentive. The adjoining restaurant/bar was a great place for an easy bit to eat.

Arrived late, staff very helpful.. helped us get a late dinner next door. Suite large and clean and very comfortable. Breakfast simple and staff helpful. Full of Italians making it authentic. Reception staff helped us with parking, booking restaurants and general advice in Bari. Used the spa the one complementary time and enjoyed it thoroughly! Would recommend as a good base for visiting Bari, Matera and Alberobella

A great hotel with really well designed rooms. Had a neighbourhood vibe, and the homemade baked goods at breakfast are a must! All staff were very sweet and caring.

Had a lovely 3 nights stay with great compliments to Front Desk (Lucia) and Chef Carmen for the breakfast spread! The room was spacious and bathroom was good size with all amenities provided. The only issue we had was the noise (and sometimes loud music) coming from the restaurant next door till midnight every night as it is legally allowed to operate F&B till that hour. Otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel, off the busy tourist belt but still very close to everything.

I had a difficult time finding a hotel in a central location in Bari with good reviews and then I found Vis Urban Suite & Spa. What a great hotel! Very comfortable modern rooms, delicious breakfast, wonderful service in a great location. We spent one night here on our last night before flying out of Bari. What a perfect way to end our trip!

Excellent! Lovely large room that was super clean, and a massive bathroom en suite. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was probably one of the best we’ve ever had. Fresh, tasty, varied … and all homemade by the lovely chef who was there to say hello. That granola! :-) Highly recommended.
