Rummet var mycket litet och vattnet i duschen var antingen väldigt kallt eller väldigt varmt. Platsen är lite långt, det minsta jag gillade är att gå från tunnelbanan till hotellet på natten (det är 15 minuter).

The front desk staff were excellent and understood my needs. The room was neat and clean and very accessible.Food was great with much variety. Everything was up to modern standards.

Very Nice, end simpel hotel. If you come with car is best, if not, is bus stasjon like 10-15 min away. Very Nice end clean hotel. If jeg Come to london next time, i Will book this hotel🤝

Had booked this hotel on the last day of my london trip on the new years eve. I had spent my 6 day in Travelodge Tower bridge, London and in a budget friendly note had this option left for the 31 Dec 24 night. 1) The stay was NOT AT ALL GOOD. Very POOR in respect of facilities provided. The room was so small that it ended as we entered. It lacked basic room facilities like Kettle, dustbin, floor mat, charging sockets.  2) We booked breakfast. Totally NOT RECOMMENDED. Only cold food was served and utensils weren’t washed.  3) Not at all satisfied with the stay (paid £160 pounds including breakfast  for 2 people for a night ) because with almost 1/4 of the price I got FAR BETTER stay and FAR BETTER BASIC FACILITIES at other hotel viz a viz Travel-lodge Tower Bridge, London  and Premier inn, Cambridge (£45 per night for 2 people and £10 for breakfast per person per day) The breakfast was FAR BETTER with lot of varieties ( Cold and hot and to go) in same price range.  Overall, not a value of money (160 pounds per night) in all aspects. Would give 1/4 except the staff was really good and friendly.

Everything is good. If kettle and other basic things are included in this room it will be more amazing.

I was very dissatisfied with the stay. The outside area (see pictures) was not cleaned from breakfast until about 8pm, bottles, cans and cups were on the table and it was only cleaned after the staff had been made aware of it, but not completely. The room was very small, there is no wardrobe in this room, so not suitable for several nights/days! The room cleaning was done moderately. Only the bed linen and towels were changed. It was neither mopped nor vacuumed. The beds are an imposition, you could just as well put cots there. The buffet was kept "very" small, with three different toppings, two different slices of toast and baguette that was rock hard. For the money I paid for it, I am very disappointed.

Spacious and clean bathroom, clean bedroom. Thry dont provide drinking water. 2.50 pound for a  300ml water bottle and the card machine takes ages for transaction.

We stayed in ibis budget London at barking for 2 nights. We had a good stay . The staffs hospitality was really good. .The rooms were small but was enough for a short stay. If you are in a holiday and have come for an event or for shopping I would say it’s a good choice. I would like to give give thanks for Jasim who helped us with the check in process. Thank you

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Ibis hotel where I recently stayed. I made a reservation based on the description that there was air conditioning in the rooms. However, upon arrival, I discovered that there was no air conditioning in the room, despite the summer heat. Additionally, there was a foul odor in the bathroom. I kindly requested a room change at the reception, but my request was denied. I was informed that none of the rooms in that unit were equipped with air conditioning, which contradicts the information provided on your website. This situation caused significant discomfort for my young child, who became ill due to the excessive heat in the room. As a result, we were forced to check out a day earlier than planned. I kindly request that you refund us for the unused day of our reservation.

Funny sewage smell coming from the bathroom vent

It was a terrible experience there were no amenities and even a the fan was not working in the room and humidity was 70%

The room door kept unlocking without opening it. Happened 3 times. A staff also opened let himself without knocking or permission.

Excellent service and friendly customer service
