這個酒店就是一個騙子酒店，理論上三個房間，不是酒店吧？一個非常正常的住家而已，非常垃圾，網站上價格很低，卻隱藏很多收費項目，床單使用費每個晚上20磅，房間價格都30磅左右，入住要求很奇葩必須是晚上20點之前，我當時因為時間來不及，讓我同學參加的入住，他交了100磅按金和2個晚上的床單使用費，因為沒有告訴我，我不知道，次日早晨，很早，很早我還在睡覺，**店主竅門問我要錢，我沒有搞清楚什麼錢，後來投訴到垃圾攜程商旅客服，他們説處理，後來看了注意事項，居然發現她媽呢還真有20磅費用每天收取，我去找他交涉，**店主説不收取了，不然我次日訂單也取消，後面三天也取消，他答應了，非常客氣了無所謂，不收了，因為在談時剛好攜程電話給他，他説不想接攜程電話，説不收了。我可以使用我自己的用品，也可以次日退房及下一個訂單，3天前我問同學，他説後面三天從按金扣除了，這樣垃圾的酒店，垃圾攜程也搞不定，幾個客服和狗一樣舔酒店。如果説，每日更換我也認，對不住，***他沒有打掃一天衞生！

on a two night stay , we had a double room which was n ice and spacious . That said , the bed was dangerously unsafe with both the bed head and the bedsted flapping at the slightest touch and obviously needed immediate attention . We were afraid it could have given way at any time made worse by the extremely hard ungiving very thin mattress. The bedside light was also not working. The bathroom however was simply awful . Starting with the shower which was hanging loose and not able to be fixed as the tiles had come away from the wall , The water fluctuated from hot to cold instantly which I think is dangerous. The wash basin plug had seized solid in the open position and upon inspection , all the controlling rods had seized through no maintainence and furthermore likely they had been seized for months if not years making it impossible to wash or shave . Behind the wash basin pedestal was cobwebs and loose tiles , in fact there were numerous small missing tiles all over the walls of the bathroom . We simply could not stay the final night and found accomodation in the nearby travelodge for the final night . Obviously there wasnt any effort by the hotel to make this room serviceable for guests and I have written to environmental health and the office of fair trading to complain about this hotel which in all my years I have never seen a poorer room of which is not fit for purpose

I booked this last minute after an Airbnb Partner let me down. Thanks to the lovely owner of this charming guest house, I was able to stay in London for work. The rooms are large and clean, with kitchen and laundry facilities available at a small price. Will return!

SCAM ALERT. Worst experience I have ever had. I stayed in as I needed a bed for the night. The site indicated in small font , made of course by the host in which she denies, stating if you check in after 8 pm (too early) you will be charged £30 plus. I just paid and it took 1 hour to even get any service. There is no internet service in this location btw. You can’t call anyone. The host messaged me and threatened me that if I don’t pay extra £30 she would “get someone to come and sort me out”. Just rude and abrupt. It’s a shame because the location is nice but everything else is bad from poor management to respect. There’s a housekeeper who lives there who does not understand English?? I don’t understand why someone would employ a non English understanding and speaking keeper? The rooms are all messy and dirty, it smelt like blood when I walked in. The kettles are filthy I even took a picture see pic. The fridge hasn’t been used for 2 years. It’s a rot. The house keeper clearly isn’t doing her job. But she gets free accommodation and apparently doesn’t even get paid. What do you expect. I recommend sting away from this place. Then guess what the host tried charging me an extra £63 as apparently I didn’t show up. This is a pure scam. If I’m charged I have evidence and will present it to met bank. BEWARE!

Perfect for a convenient last minute stopover Large clean rooms. There is access to a kitchen, launderette and a large garden. The staff are very helpful, provided things I had left at home. Will return

We booked this wonderful place last minute. It was a life saver. The place is conveniently located with large rooms and free alcoholic beverages. The staff could not do enough for us. Would definitely recommend.

This guest house provides many unique features which others do not You are assuredly of privacy and discretion The staffs are happy to provided anything to make our stay pleasant Also the price is reasonable

I found this place close to where I worked on this particular week. Everything worked out well. Large clean rooms. The location was nice, green suburbs, with good transport links. I needed laundry and they also did that for me. Will come back!

This was a last minute booking after a cancellation on an Agency website. I booked on here direct. Prices are very reasonable. There were no surprises. The place is a down to earth, value for money, does what it says on the tin. Clean large rooms. Will return!

Gff lovelybplace with charmingvfeatures Staff are very friendly The location is convenient with local transportation and shop's and restaurant. The facilities are useful with Landry and kitchens and gardens.
