Regularly stay here on behalf of grainconnect and would like to put a review about the reception I received off Paula it's the little things that make my visit after a long haul on motorway etc that makes a difference she goes out of her way to listen to my moaning about every day life and is just simply a pleasant woman to check in with always nice and friendly thanks Paula enjoyed my stay . Hi on arrival I was given a warm welcome from the staff Kerry & Paula they both where very professional and helpful they where friendly they say service with a smile if I am ever in area I will always book this hotel it makes a big difference when you are meet with a smile after travelling several hours booking in was very speedily.The Lady’s went above and beyond to make me welcome they are a real asset to the premier inn chain .

Paula on front desk absolutely amazing, couldn’t be more helpful, I had a problem on check in and she sorted quickly, very friendly and great credit to premier inn. Hotel clean, food very good, ample parking and good vibe, will definitely stay again.

We regularly stay at this Premier Inn on business the high standards are maintained and that’s why we keep coming back friendly professional staff and Brewers Fayre next door is fantastic offering good food and fantastic all you can eat breakfast

Another great stay at the Barrow Premier Inn. Great location for work with all the staff very friendly. The ladies on reception were especially helpful during check in. Good food and service at the Brewers Fayre next door. Will definitely return.

Very happy, excellent location, staff friendly and helpful. Paula really was a great help, would go back anytime would recommend to anyone, plenty to see. Lots of good eating places, didn't get much opportunity to see sites of interest, but hope to be back

Arrived late, the receptionist was so helpful and advised me where to go. Would stay here again, The rooms are very comfortable, The beds are so cosy and warm they are so very friendly. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. It is situated in a great place near all supermarkets

there was lots of noise above us until early hours kept us awake and very annoying. went to desk three times then we gave up as very late to to wandering around a hotel.guy next morning no help at all and did not really seem to care one bit in our opinion
