Novotel Basel City foton

Great room and comfortable beds. Walking distance took us 12 minutes walk from Basel SBB train station. Nevertheless it is easily located the hotel. Novotel hotel has a good breakfast with variety choices.

We had a fantastic stay. The location was great with good transport links. Perfect base for the Christmas markets. Would definitely recommend.

The whole journey was amazing. Switzerland is the cleanest country I’ve been to and this hotel fulfills my expectations. There weren’t toothpaste in the room so I left a note asking for it and the staff left a post it note with dental amenities in our bathroom after we left. Cutest thing I’ve experienced, would highly recommend this room too!

位置ok, 酒店外不遠已經有電車站 幾分鐘可直達Basel SBB和舊城區 而步行亦只需十分鐘可到達Basel SBB 洗手間很寬敞 職員友善

服務一般，給了房卡刷不開門，又去找前台才發現卡給錯了，酒店停車費有點貴，門口馬路上藍色劃線車位是免費停的。房間有點小，沒有風景。

酒店前台員工有禮貌，很好笑容，熱情好客。離車站有點遠，但是入住後會提供一張交通卡，可以在時間內無限次乘搭市內的交通工具，非常方便。推薦！
