Wonderful hotel in Basel, across the street from the Basel main train station.Lovely, clean, and well maintained. The room was not big, but enough for one night. Bed comfortable, bathroom fully functional without any water glitch. Breakfast was supperb

**Wonderful Stay at Gaia Hotel Basel!** We had an excellent stay at Gaia Hotel Basel. The hotel's commitment to sustainability was impressive and evident in every detail. Our room was comfortable, well-equipped, and beautifully designed, with thoughtful eco-friendly touches. We loved the delicious breakfast with organic and locally sourced options, and the convenient location near the train station made exploring Basel easy. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Gaia Hotel Basel perfectly combines comfort, sustainability, and great service. We highly recommend it and would happily stay again on our next visit to Basel!

Superb location near the train station and walkable to old town area. Excellent bedroom and bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Would stay there again. Staff very friendly and helpful.

櫃檯相當親切，語言不通也完全沒問題。 （比手畫腳） 入住會給Basel區域的優惠券。 旁邊就是coop超市和公車站，也離火車站很近！ 床很舒服，一覺天亮，浴室很乾淨。 早餐也很好吃！ 也有參加巴塞爾的聖誕市集非常熱鬧， 優惠券的話交通都不用錢～～ 還有給樓下烤**的優惠券。

很棒的體驗，超乎預期的早餐和非常nice的就餐環境，歐洲人居多。很方便。前台的經理 Patrick 很友好。

很好的酒店，早餐很好，服務很到位。喜歡這種歐洲老派風格酒店。瑞士的酒店管理的確是世界上最好的。值得推薦

酒店位置不錯，在歐洲火車站SBB旁邊，出行打車及公共交通很方便。最大的問題就是沒有空調，現在才是6月初，室外中午最高28度，室內沒有空調，陽光又是直射（歐洲緯度高，夏天陽光斜度不大），室內温度高達34-36度！根本無法睡覺，問前台，説晚上氣温比較低，會涼下來，房間不透風，根本涼不下來！衹提供了一個小小電風扇，一夜無眠！訂歐洲酒店一點要問清楚是否有空調，歐洲80%酒店沒有空調，夏天無法忍受！這個還是歐洲四星酒店！
