Campanile Basildon - East of London recensioner

Defo go back friendly staff good rooms just need fans in rooms on warm days as too hot But everything els was fantastic

Still one of my favourite places to stay when staying in Basildon it's like a self contained flat with no awkwardness anywhere from checkin to kick out

All good stayed a few times basic But make sure you register your vehicle as I was charged 100 pounds a very small sign says register your vehicle they do not ask you when you check in I’ve tried to get it back but no chance this was in April When contacting the hotel they say they cannot do anything So beware

The hotel is easy to locate and room was clean. However the relentless noise from the traffic on A127 is a massive disturbance. If you are a light sleeper avoid.

A good stay Everything you need Comfy bed Shower needs updating and needs power sockets by the bed

Basic accomodation. Quite run down, dated but it was clean. Competitive price. If they can provide more flexble service, it would be nice.

A good stay comfortable bed, cosy and warm. Bathroom does need updating and no plug sockets by the bed!

I booked for a homelss guy as a Christmas treat. They made him feel so unconditional he left and went to sleep back in his car over Christmas

Have no problem with campinile but now they take £100 deposit for damages and the sites does not inform u of this at all

The room was a bit cold otherwise everything else was very good.

My second stay at the hotel and as before the room and it’s facilities were fine. The only issue being, because of the age of the hotel, there are no plug/USB points close to the bedside. However, Housekeeping is very good and the welcome and helpfulness from the Reception team is great.

Not bad if you stay alone , but the hotel doesn’t worth that much.

Staff are friendly and polite, room could do with a few upgrades but what do you expect for the price
