Village Hotel Basingstoke recensioner

We were very impressed by the front of the house Zara, who engaged with us authentically and assisted with the checking-in process. She showed genuine interest in the customers and provided information appropriately. The room was compact with all the necessities - I particularly like the space under the bed to put my open suitcase, and the ample options of mirrors. One thing to complain about is that we could hear loud music from our room early in the morning (6.30-7am), which we suspected coming from the gym classes. Another thing is guests have to pay for parking.

This was our second visit to this hotel. The room we had, 224, had everything we needed but was very small. Staff were very welcoming, and the lady at reception recognised us from our previous visit. Service in the restaurant was good, as was the food. It's a busy hotel and was a little noisy on Saturday night as there was a birthday party, so it was fair enough but the noise from the patio area went on till very late. Overall, it is a nice hotel for a short stay, we are regular visitors to the area and it mainly depends on the price where we book.

Hello. My vacation in one of the hotels in your chain was wonderful, as always. The only thing is that I was not able to enjoy the state of weightlessness in the pool on the day of my departure; the water in the pool seemed a little cool to me and I completed my water procedures very quickly. As always, I enjoyed wonderful breakfasts and training in the modern gym. P.S. I feel significantly rejuvenated after visiting the VILLAGE HOTEL BASINGSTOKE.

Good location near Festival Shopping Centre, very clean, nice room. Big T.V in room and comftable clean bed.

Reception team was so helpful for baggage, tax and friendly.
