Very good and excellent service. breakfast menu only the least point and need to be improved.

Would not recommend the hotel for couples or individuals. It looks very creepy with yellow lights and loud squeaking sound, really like in a horror movie. The hot water turns yellow in the bath, the gym is 80% broken equipment. Did not bother go pool, as the changing rooms look very old as well. The room they gave us was on a smoking floor! Which made it worse since the smell was all over corridors. The room was also no view at all! Just facing other wall. Breakfast is ok since it’s included.

The location was good and close to many malls and attractions.

WORST MASSAGE EXPERIENCE EVER! Beware of ARUMA Spa & Reflexology (Dimension Spa) INHOUSE SPA of HARMONI ONE HOTEL Worst massage spa. Too late that we didn't read the review before going there. We are couple and we booked for 2 hrs massage each for full body massage and leg massage. The massage is not good, really no effort or pressure given. I told the masseuse to make harder but she cannot undertand basic english. They supposed to train and learn basic english regarding about massage. Also she kept on talking to the other massuese the whole hour they are doing the massage so no effort. Only effort of their mouth. While they do the massage I am thinking if there is still an open massage spa that night because we are not really satisfied with their service. We missed the massage services Johor Bahru Malaysia is giving us especially at KSL mall. The massuese are good there. We started 8pm and finished 9:40pm that is supposed to finish by 10pm. But they finished the massage early. They just kept on blabbering and not exerting effort. Really dismayed . After we put our clothes and go out of the room. The massuese who is very talkative was there waiting outside asking for a Tip!??? That made us more furious because I am not planning to give them tips because of what happened. May body just got more oils on it but not relaxed. Thinking to go to a good massage tomorrow morning because all the spa now are closed already. Will never go back again at this massage spa in Batam. Its the in house massage spa at Harmoni One Convention and Hotel. Never again!!! ARUMA SPA!!!! WORST MASSAGE EXPERIENCE!!! its our 2nd time at Harmoni One. I can say that the place is quite old ardy and not maintained properly. Last time we are at Level 2 and the lobby smells like smoke even thou we booked for non-smoking room. Its better to be at level 5 cause maybe its all non smoking room there. The pool is not maintained and I think no one ever tried to use it cause its not clean. The buffet breakfast is good but few choices this year 2024 unlike 7 years ago there's quite a lot to choose from. It's a big hotel and the ambience is quite okay but cleanliness is very poor. the carpet are all too dirty to look at.

Good service. Could be more 5 stars if the pillows and bed sheet stained could removed. Great service on doing daily housekeeping even without prompting.

Location is near batam Ferry terminal, which is a plus. However, the hotel is quite run down. Not many amenities nearby.

Front desk was bad service even though we called to say couldnt make it through ferry the previous night and has spoken to Manager Harry about we coming first thing in the morning and wanted to straight away go for our breakfast and she Bianca told us to pay for it. After insisting she then said she needed to confirm with Manager first. I find it wierd bcos we paid for 2 nights with breakfast and they want us to pay ??? Its common sense ...!! Check in my room - phone not working. The kettle plug was not inserted (they use a 2 pin kind) so i cant boil water. The toilet bathroom sink choked. Its a mess !! The room has this filthy smell. I wish i brought an air freshner or something. Then at night i couldnt sleep because the bedsheets were damped and it felt as if im sleeping in a wet bed. Will not recommend my families or friends here ever !!!!
