The Farm at San Benito recensioner

The environment is excellent for a holistic health resort. Wrapped within a forest with lots of trees and organic farming all over the place. Good: Spa treatments were really good. All therapists very professional and I had an extremely good experience. To improve: - it's 2 hour drive from the airport. The resort does not provide shuttle service from airport, I had to find my own transport. Lucky I found a very reliable and good driver. - customer service not up to such a luxury resort level. Some of them are good but some seem to be quite reluctant in answering requests. Like when I make booking, it takes them forever to reply, and no following up. I also sent my health report as requested at reservation, they never read it and still ask me about it when I arrive. What's the point. - food could be better. - decor and songs in the rest very outdated.

Its been always a memorable stay

Staff service is very good they communicate very well with guest. The room and toilet is clean but when you take to shower the water over flows to the toilet, making the toilet wet. Bidet handle is detached/ moving not stable, cobwebs in every corners ,the secret garden pool full of fallen leaves looking very unpleasant to swim in I get disappointed by little things i’m sorry but little things matters. I hope they will improve their service next time we vist

I'm glad that I booked here. We enjoy our 21st Anniversary. The Hotel was SUPERB! I am surely gonna book again

Sadly when call the number of the hotel, they said that the heater didn't work since last year, and I was about to cancel my reservation, however when I arrived they on the heater and it takes 8 hours to heat, so we enjoyed our stay early morning only

Excellent, as always! Amazing location and ambience.

Highly recommended resort! From the bed to the entire property to the breakfast buffet. Will definitely go back! And we were upgraded to Palmera Glass Suite which is a more expensive villa than the one we originally booked. We were taken care of and the toiletries were just so amazing

With us is the Spa Manager, Lem. We missed him! Definitely will come back at the farm!

Our stay is superb! Will definitely go back! The place is so relaxing and mesmerizing. The staff are all polite and accommodating as well.

Amazing food, great staff! Great hideaway from the hustle and bustle of metro manila! All staff were very friendly and helpful! Really enjoyed their vegan breakfast spread and using their pools. Having the spa package is a must try! so nice to wake up and just have a nice walk around too. Will definitely come back for more R&R in the future. :))

Went to The Farm for the very first time and I fall in love with them because of their Sound Healing activity with LJ Navera. Even our room has NO Hot shower, and even they did not fixed it at the end of the stay, I appreciate their place because of the sound bath of LJ. He is a true professional artist of his craft and having him there is really one of a kind experience The week after I recommend the farm to my friends who wanted to experience Sound Healing from LJ Navera but he isn't there anymore. I don't know what happened but seems like the farm removed this activity from their lists and it's really heartbreaking Without the sound Bath we just saw this farm as an overrated, overpriced place. If u want a massage get ready to pay minimum of 10K php. And BTW we still have the issue of no HOT Shower on our 2nd visit.
