For us, the people running the hotel often set the tone for our experience. They were excellent. Thoughtful and sincere. For example, our experience has been that at many hotels, breakfast is a hard stop at 9am. Here they consider if everyone you may want breakfast have had had an opportunity to come get it. They’d leave it out and freshen all up well past 9am, not because they have to but because they seem to care about the experience of those staying with them. I believe that says a lot. While the amenities and bed comfort is a 3. They get a 5 because it’s so refreshing see such great attitudes and folks who are pleasant.
