A beautiful house with a well kept garden which the rooms I stayed in overlooked. I had been booked in by my company and had no idea what to expect but found a wonderful place to stay near to, but not in the busy centre of Bath. The welcome from George was warm and I was shown to where I was to stay which was a collection of rooms including lounge, bedroom and bathroom. All were very spacious, light, clean and tidy. The location is very quiet and I slept very well upon one of the two single beds. In the mornings I showered in the huge walk in shower in a masive bathroom. The breakfast was served in the orangery overlooking the garden and was all laid out for me when I arrived with Jane providing hot coffe, toast and croissant. I could not have asked for better treatment nor accomodation and would thoroughly recommend Dolphin House.

If you like a freezing cold attic bathroom, this is the place for you! The bathroom also includes draughty windows, a door that does not shut and one fan heater that does not work. Tricky to get the shower to run hot too. The beds were comfy and the view was nice. The parking spaces are only for small cars. Breakfast is good but is not cooked and is served in to your room as there is no communal dining area; this may or may not be to your taste. Overwhelming memory will be of the freezing bathroom though!
