The Victoria Hotel Bathurst

I recently spent a couple of nights here. The reservations/reception staff were very helpful and offered assistance. On arrival the room was clean and adequately appointed. The furnishings were in good condition and suitable for a stay. The ensuite was just big enough to be comfortable to use. The daily housekeeping left much to be desired. It consisted of little more than pulling the bed up and supplying some fresh towels. Yes, I would stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending it.

Had a great one night stay. Room was very comfortable and clean. Modern clean, well maintained shared bathrooms. Friendly staff. Quiet location, not far from town centre. Would definitely stay again when passing through. Couldn’t fault it for what I paid.

Rooms are big, aircon was on when we got in which was heavenly, beds were reasonably comfy, tv had netflix (was already signed into someone else's account, so make sure you sign out before you leave). Kids and I had some dinner downstairs which was nice and not too lively. The sound from the bar downstairs was totally muted by whatever brilliant soundproofing they have. Shared bathrooms were beautiful, clean, and well appointed. We would stay there again, and would highly recommend more for people without kids, but it's still ok if you have kids. Happy hour was from 3 till 6, had we not had the kids with us and been in a little earlier we would've had an absolute blast.
