Yello Hotel Harbour Bay recensioner

A really solid hotel which gave me 4 star vibes. Everything about it was good the staff from the moment we arrived was really welcoming and assisted with most requests! I loved my room as it was clean and spacious. Will definitely come back again as the nightlife and food places are all nearby!

The hotel location is convenient and easily accessible (walkable distance)from the Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. There is a Chinese restaurant directly opposite the hotel, and a convenience store is also available nearby. The hotel staff are friendly and we also received welcome drinks. Hotel amenities and facilities are modern. The room was decent and clean to a certain extent as there were some minor stains on the bedsheet/bed cover. The water pressure for shower was good. However, the toilet floor still got wet easily due to the short coverage by the glass shower screen. Loud music and people singing could be heard at night as there was a club/pub nearby. This would be fine if you don’t sleep that early. Overall, the hotel is definitely value for money and the location is great!!

Enjoy to stay in Batam with Yellow. It’s very near from Harbour bay ferry. I love staying here and no need to go anywhere. Many restaurants and massage inside the hotel. All staffs here quite friendly. !!

Check in was relatively easy. Deposit not required. Room is clean and spacious.

Very new and nice hotel. Room is bright and clean. Toothbrush , tooth paste, room slippers are provided . Pillows are clean, soft and comfortable. Free shuttle to Grand Batam mall at 4 pm but need to pre book with reception. Shower water may splashed and wet the whole toilet. Overall, still good as the room feels very welcoming .

Hotel is convenient, clean and nice except that the toilet has no doors between the wet and dry area so each time you shower the whole place is wet. Good view from the hotel lounge at level 12!

Hotel is clean and acceptable , water pressure is good. Convenience store is nearby.

A nice new hotel… but not sure it can maintain as I see the Resto start poorly maintained… The room comes with free Tea Break.. but was serve crackers, coffee or tea… no cakes or pastries… The toilet was small… The breakfast was ok but slow in replenishing… we go there around 9am and many items gone and not replenish fast… maybe poor management of staff or kitchen… it sure can be better… Breakfast I ordered half boil egg… but given Hard Boil eggs… training needed… Must try their fried rice order beside the egg station… for me and my son… taste good… There is a Indomaret equivalent 7-11 near hotel… Near many seafood restaurant but I won’t eat there as they like to cheat on weigh of seafood…. I ever visit Wxx Wxx Seafood Restaurant… many people there but … I ever ordered a crab 700g but they wrote 1.4kg… after complaining… they dishonestly dish out dead crab… if you are rich enough and like to be con… go ahead…

Newly opened hotel, less than 6 months old. Room is cleaned, spacious and affordable for the price. Downside is the breakfast buffet. Highly recommended!

Location was good being a 3 minute drive from Harbour Bay ferry terminal. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Hotel was clean and there are water dispensers on every level.

A new small cosy Hotel walkable to harbour bay. Good enough for a short stay, although the location is not near to the shopping area but grab is cheap in batam and they provide free shuttle to nagoya mall at 11 am.

The best hotel ever! Although it is not a fancy hotel, the staff, food, service was one of the best. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also the breakfast buffet got varsity of food and taste not bad!

Hotel clean, food spread for breakfast acceptable, taste is not bad, price is worth it. Not too far from nagoya, batam center etc. Grab easy to get and go around places..
