Group of helpful staff decorated my room on my anniversary celebration, appreciate in their effort to make it a most memorable occasion for us. Thanks to the amazing teamwork 💜

Everything is ok but the room TV is not working  And have mosquitos frying a round

Very unique hotel with gorgeous lobby and big and clean swimming pool. Room was spacious and clean. Staff are very friendly too. Close to Pacific food Court and octopus spa. Hotel also provide free shuttle bus service to major malls in batam, which is an unexpected plus point.

first I want to say a thousand thanks. you have made my travel to batam easier. the trip was very smooth. the pacific palace hotel is also easy to use for check in and check out. and the breakfast is also delicious. the room is clean and smells good.

Very efficient service, clean and sound proof room

Good location less than 5 min from Harbour Bay ferry terminal. Very cheap fares from Grab all less than IDR20,000 to all 3 majar shopping malls, the Grand Batam Mall, Batam City Square and Nagoya Hill mall. It's value for money when stay in during off season, I pay Rp500k for a large 48m2 deluxe double room with good breakfast. There is a Pacific food court with live music beside. 👍👍👍

The hotel exudes a grand and luxurious vibe. The reception staff provided good service and spoke good English. They served a nice welcome drink. The design adopts a unique cruise concept, even the pool floor resembles the pool you get on a cruise, with 2 jacuzzi tubs in addition to the main pool. The room is spacious and beds are comfortable. However, the only minus is the shower stall in the room toilet. The kerb isn't built high enough, so the water flows out very quickly when taking a shower.

The hotel was huge. The room has enough soace for our bags and to pray. We got a view of the pool which would be great if its not directly facing the opposite rooms. So we had to close our curtains most of the time. They provided iron and ironing table upon request. The staffs were friendly. I was informed that the hotel is more of a adult hotel and not actually great for family with kids. I dont hv kids but that makes me uncomfortable. Beds were comfy, aircond freezing, water pressure great!

Nice a clean. The interior design is interesting but a bit dated. I'd stay again.

The experience was as expected from a hotel of its 4 star rating on this app.

It's A Great Experience to Be In Your Hotel unfortunately Request to Have A Super Experience staying At level 8 Was ignored Not Responding Back So Far

Upon arrival, the receptionist was slow and we waited for quite a while before checking in. The housekeeping was good though. He was cheerful and helpful. Location is not bad as it was within walking distance to Harbour Bay. Plenty of seafood restaurants within the vicinity. Able to walk to the beach to enjoy the scenic view. Love the pond with well-fed, beautiful fishes.

It was a holiday with families and work too. Harif at the reception great service. He went his way out to organise and setting up with a good wifi service for work. Very helpful with a smile and patient in organising our families in the rooms. Swimming pool water and area needs a good clean up. Food was good especially lunch buffet.
