Disappointed. Seaview room unable to view the sea, Wait till 5pm just get into the room…

*5/5 Excellent Stay at Swiss-Belhotel Harbour Bay - Batam!* We celebrated my wife's birthday at Swiss-Belhotel Harbour Bay, Batam, and had an unforgettable experience! *Personalized Service:* Ms. Maya, Guest Relations Officer, contacted my wife via WhatsApp before arrival to ensure a seamless stay. She even arranged a surprise birthday decoration in our room on the second day - kudos to her! *Friendly Staff:* The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and welcoming. *Excellent Amenities:* - Delicious breakfast spread - Convenient location near the cruise center and seafood restaurants - Easy access to Grand Batam Mall and Hypermart Mall via Gojek or Grab *We'll Be Back!* We're eager to return and stay at Swiss-Belhotel Harbour Bay again. Celebrated 11th year wedding anniversary here and it’s great to be back in Batam after many years. Love the service provided by the staffs here. Definitely will be back here in the near future

Hotel is close to harbour, amenities and food places. Breakfast is good with many options. Walking distances to harbour bay ferry terminal so it's very convenient.

Good location but very average hotel. A bit overpriced for the standard of the hotel. Strong cigarette smoking smell within the entire hotel and towels are not as clean as what were expected.

Very nice and accommodating staff. The breakfast buffet is so delicious and the location is just very near to the ferry terminal

Next best thing, if you do not have enough for Bonvoy at the same block.

Down side: No signs or directions provided to walk from harbour bay to hotel once you are on the road, we ended walking round n round. 2) Staff promised to call or text me when rooms are ready to check in failed to do so. overall check in not good. Plus points: welcome cakes with personalised note to greet us. 2) discount for spa services to complimentary 1hr massage as service recovery for poor check in experience. Cleanliness can be improved as bath towel was a little yellow.

Overall was a decent stay. Location was close to seafood places and right opposite there were decent massage / beauty palores. Breakfast buffet was a wide spread. Sadly the sauna was broken and not maintained. Room was very spacious and comfortable.

Location is great, which is walking distance to harbour bay. Morning breakfast is fabulous, plenty choices to choose from. Room is big for me. Hotel staffs are friendly and very approachable. Even though it's my 1st time staying here, there will be more to come for further visits to batam. I enjoyed it very much

Breakfast is simple and amenities is simple . Elevator is very slow although only have 5 floor . Room is clean and acceptable

overall good experience, very polite hotel crews, nice breakfast, good body massage. only minus points is the towes and bedsheets are already old and suggest to revisit life span. other than that its a budget worthy hotel option when going to Batam.
