First check in, no hot water at all even when they say “24 hour hot water” for bathroom, called the reception and tech service come and there’s hot water. Next morning, hot water available only at the sink and not the showering area. Towel smells. But overall everything is fine.

Right next to Harbour Bay Jetty. Friendly staff. Good breakfast selection. Take a grab/gojek to Nagoya area for shopping.

*5/5 Excellent Stay at Swiss-Belhotel Harbour Bay - Batam!* We celebrated my wife's birthday at Swiss-Belhotel Harbour Bay, Batam, and had an unforgettable experience! *Personalized Service:* Ms. Maya, Guest Relations Officer, contacted my wife via WhatsApp before arrival to ensure a seamless stay. She even arranged a surprise birthday decoration in our room on the second day - kudos to her! *Friendly Staff:* The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and welcoming. *Excellent Amenities:* - Delicious breakfast spread - Convenient location near the cruise center and seafood restaurants - Easy access to Grand Batam Mall and Hypermart Mall via Gojek or Grab *We'll Be Back!* We're eager to return and stay at Swiss-Belhotel Harbour Bay again. Location wise so so but rooms is considered clean and neat considered the pricing as a 4 star hotel. Staffs were friendly and prompt in service. Buffet breakfast spread is adequate. Would recommend this hotel

Good location but very average hotel. A bit overpriced for the standard of the hotel. Strong cigarette smoking smell within the entire hotel and towels are not as clean as what were expected.
