Primula Beach Hotel recensioner

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming. My room was clean and comfortable. The bed was especially cozy. Breakfast options were good, and the food was fresh. The location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants. Will back again next time!

My boss recently stayed at this hotel and he was quite disappointed. While the staff was friendly, the room was not up to expectations. The cleanliness was lacking, with dust on surfaces and stains on the carpet. The Wi-Fi connection was also unreliable, which made it difficult to work during my stay. For the price, I expected much better. Won’t book for him in the future.

Very bad experience.  The room is still old. Hasn't changed at all since the last 15 years. When arriving at the hotel, none of the staff came to help lift bags and belongings. So disappointed. When you get to the room, there is no towel! And the most disappointing part, is the breakfast. Very not worth the price of RM59/person. There is no variety of food. Only a small selection of food. The coffee machine is also broken! There was no egg dish either.. when I asked the staff, they said they didn't have time to prepare an egg dish. Big hotel, many people, but service in every part is very bad. I feel very sorry for staying here. I will never come back here and will tell my friends not to stay at this hotel.

Hotel a bit outdated..room was big with comfy bed and high water pressure..room amenitities and cleanliness can be improved. Hotel located at batu buruk beach with walking distance to beach, food stall and KTCC..good breakfast spread but taste can be improved. Overall i enjoy my stay.

The furniture in room is quite old... Alot of mosquitoes maybe becoz i got room in third floor...

Everything ok and my family and i enjoy our vacation and breakfast also delicious and variety. Swimming pool nice and beautiful beach.

breakfast awesome, hotel room is spacious but the furniture is quite old and should be replace with new ones. scenery is nice too

Have to wait more than 30 min to check in bcoz room not ready and receptionist not say one word describe sorry.With face not "senyum langsung".Last visit primula

I think it used to be the premier hotel. Large area at reception together with Bayu restaurant.Location is at Batu Buruk beach which is a plus factor and around the city area. Improvement in front of the beach area is still under construction I think. Looking forward to seeing the end product of that part. The left area facing the beach needs total makeup. The overgrown plant should be cleared.A pool section for children is a very good idea together with the water pail hanging up.
