Old hotel. Open air concept mostly. Renovations were done about 10 years back, floor trap in shower chokes, have to take very short shower. Pool is small. Breakfast is adequate, but not superb. Partial view of sea, and only if you stay higher floors and nearer beach side wing.

The check-in process was very slow despite the friendliness and service from the receptionist who was very polite and kind. The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The food choices at breakfast were quite limited but worth it. And again, the service of the staff here was top-notch and very good, so well done and thank you to the hotel team for that.

So far hotel amenities all good, but if you are looking for the beach location, need to think twice. They provide link bridge to beach but somehow not really goos

Spacious room, friendly staffs, nice breakfast. Opposite Miami beach, can walk across road (got pedestrian bridge) from the hotel to the beach. Will be back again.

This hotel in penang was very nice, they have a pretty nice service and people!! Recommended, near beach , nice location. Welcome cookie was tasty too👍🏻👍🏻

Our little place out from the city whenever we need some rest time out of the buzzling cities

Quite unhappy with the condition of the room. After checked in, we were so excited and straight away going to the room to get some rest. Unfortunately, the bedsheet is damp and it has a bad smell. The aircond is dripping so the floor is wet. We called the housekeeping service to do the cleaning and changing the whole bed sheet and linen, spray the room hoping that the bad smell goes away. It remains for few hours and the same condition happened. The pillow case smells like men sweating on it. We really hope the Operation team can improve the service.

Nice view, variety of food, staff very friendly n helpful...will repeat again...so satisfied with their service...🥰🥰

Overall service is good, breakfast is just Okay, location is okay and the room is clean but bit old.

I chose the sea view room. As a result, more than half of my vision was blocked by trees. The check-in time is after 3pm. Therefore, when I arrived at the hotel at 3:45pm, the room was not ready. Finally, I didn't check in until 4:30pm The experience is really bad. I won't live there again next time.

1. Hotel location is far from city which you will get quiet and chill stay. Every trip to sightseeing places is more than 1hr, coming back to hotel also experienced heavy traffic Jam. Once we arrived in hotel, we are tired to go anywhere. 2. On the day 1 , we have went out in the afternoon and when we came back , house keeping just started to clean the room only at 7pm. 2nd day at breakfast restaurant there was one gentleman asked us how was our stay ( this is only staff who interacted with us for 3 days) 3. Hotel room is big and view is nice 4. Amenity is just 2pcs of cookies.

Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed with two delicious chocolate chip cookies, which was a lovely touch. The hotel offered stunning sea views, and there was a convenient walkway providing direct access to the beach. The breakfast buffet was impressive, featuring a wide selection of both local and international cuisines. The swimming pool was spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for children to enjoy. Overall, we had an exceptional stay and would highly recommend this hotel to families and beach lovers alike.
