The Bayview Beach Resort recensioner

A classical beach resort that is right next to the ocean. I recommend occasionally opening the balcony door for some fresh air.

It is an old hotel, enormous with lots of room. The things need to be upgraded but then there are a lot of tourists choosing this hotel because of its unbeatable price compared to other hotels nearby. We had a scooter so the location of the hotel doesn’t really matters. Recommend having your own vehicle. The WiFi is good. The room is spacious. The aircon is cold! The gym….. really need to be upgraded. It is really old.

As a returning guest of this hotel, I was a bit disappointed with the minor shortcomings that I felt shouldn't have happened. Firstly, the shower bracket couldn't hold the shower head for long and I was worried it would fall and hit my head while showering. In addition, the shower water flow was also quite disappointing because the water flow in the bidet and sink was fast and seemed normal. Secondly, the air conditioning was funny. I don't know what was wrong, but the temperature was still at 24.5-25 degrees Celsius even though I tried to lower it several times to 16, but it still returned to 24.5-25, which caused the room temperature to be quite warm and sometimes hot. Thirdly, the two fans in the gym were very dirty and dusty, plus the ventilation in the gym was poor. I really hope that this hotel, especially the maintenance department, can check and improve anything that should be done, both in the room and in the gym. Anyway, the front desk and restaurant staff were friendly and polite as usual. Congratulations and thank you for your services.

The room light is not functioning well. The whole room only has two lights that can function. The other lights all can't function. This makes me disappointed.

The hotel is located just in front of the beach. The hotel is close yo main areas. However, the hotel needs to be renewed and the restaurant for breakfast was that rich or at the level of expectations.

This hotel is located at the end of Batu Ferringhi Beach. Initially, I hesitated to book because of reviews saying rooms old and not clean. But I had no regret of my two night stay. The room I stayed was clean, spacious, bright and aircon very strong. The beach is just a short walk from the hotel, very near. Overall, I really enjoyed, love it, will definitely be back.

It was a wonderful experience for my family and myself. We booked a family room with a amazing seaview. Just the view alone is worth the room rate. I could sit at the balcony in the evening and watch the sun sets. We spent 2day 1 night at Bayview Beach Resort and were more than happy. People are friendly and the environment is suitable for family with kids.

The hotel is located conveniently close to eateries, but shopping spots are a bit of a walk away. The lobby is also quite a distance from the parking area, so be prepared to walk a little. The lobby décor feels a bit eerie and dull — definitely not the most welcoming vibe. It’s okay if you just want to try staying for the experience. Personally, I much prefer staying at ParkRoyal — it’s absolutely perfect! 💕

Everything went smoothly with the check in process, stay, facilities and check out. Will stay again if we come penang again

32 years old hotel. Kids loved the pool and the garden. The gym is okay la and we didn’t take the breakfast.

The room is nice and the staff very friendly. The breakfast is soo good. easy access to the beach and got small waterpark for the kids. overall im loving it.

Nice view (the beach and the trees + mountains)..friendly staff..easy parking & registration..near amenities, within 5 minutes walk..affordable price with delicious coffee..love it!
