I’m & family very happy stay at this hotel… this is hotel we staying everytime come to Penang

Enjoying stay at bayview.. this my 8 times staying here, love all the facilities, sorrounding n view.. Check in n check out comes so good n fast. my son loves to be here.. will definitely comes again. Trip also gives a so much cheap price that others.. tq so much for this experience 🫶🏻🤩

The best service from the hotel, the cleanliness of the room and toilet is the best, the breakfast is delicious, this hotel is highly recommended

Hotel is a bit old but facilities still ok. Very near to beach side. Great beach to chill whole day.

Despite having a spacious room, the shower was too small. The cleanliness could be improved though. Overall, it was an average experience.

The cup provided in the restaurant at Bay View Beach Hotel showed clear signs of being unsuitable for use. The interior surface displayed visible crack lines, which not only compromised its appearance but also raised hygiene concerns. These cracks could potentially harbor bacteria, posing a health risk to customers. The gym equipment at Bay View Beach Hotel was outdated and poorly maintained.

Great for a family holiday with a massive pool and also right on the beach. Monkeys were an added surprise too! Interior is a little dated and could do with a bit better cleaning, not that it was dirty though. Location was great too, far enough away from the action that it was peaceful but close enough that you werent missing out. All the staff were amazing too, some of the most friendly I have met. They must be doing something right, place was busy and a great atmosphere there from dusk til dawn. Definitely family oriented, so keep that in mind if you're looking for a no-noise, romantic getaway.

Parking management improving, breakfast spread also improve! Kids still enjoyed the pool

Suuitable for relaxing. Beautiful view from the balcony.The room is spacious and clean. Its just hard to go out shopping or buy things if you don't have your own vehicle.
