the best hotel we ever been in Asia. so nice and kind and staff, still smiling and very helpful from receptionist, cleaners, garderners. everyone was very nice. Breakfast is absolutely amazing. hotel is very clean and they care about it whole day. rooms are big and nice. it was amazing stay for us. thank you.

Its located at good location, 10 mins walk to convenient store. Its at sengigi but far away from other hotels, 15-20 mins easy hill walk to other restaurants. Theres a seafood restaurant nearby, but hotel restaurant is good enough with reasonable price. Bfast is ala carte and great. Beach is good but not for swimming. Pool area is great. We rent scooters from hotel arranged service. Its less than an hour drive to jetty to go Gili island. Not the best sunset area but sunset is one of the best ever. There are only few bungalows in whole hotel. Very quiet and i had a great experience in lombok, highly recommended and would definitely come back again for sure. Staffs are great and very helpful and friendly.

整體還是挺不錯的，提前訂的，一千多，結果臨入住降了三百多，攜程給退了差價。 酒店剛到的時候覺得有點簡樸，住進去舒適度還不錯，餐廳的口味也很滿意

Amazing facilities and beach front property. We loved lounging on the bean bags and hammock on the beach, especially at sunset when the views were incredible. The restaurant food was great and all of the staff were so friendly, particularly Helen, Helmi and Lutfian. It’s about 45 minute drive from Bangsal Port but over an hour from some of the islands attractions like Tiu Kelep and Benang Stokel waterfalls. You can organise tours of the island and snorkelling trips through the hotel but we were only here a short time so just wanted to relax, and this was the perfect place to do so. We will definitely be back!

This was our first visit since early 2020. Despite the challenges of Covid and natural disasters I am pleased to say the Chandi is as delightful as ever. The resort is intimate, comfortable and charming. The value for the standard of room, food, drinks, spa and service levels is hard to beat. The beach is quiet and the sundown are sometimes the most spectacular we have been fortunate to witness. As with many places, it is the staff who really make or break your experience, at the Chandi they have that rare quality of professional and genuinely friendly.

We spent two wonderful weeks in this paradise. It was the happiest, most peaceful two weeks of our lives. The staff is delightful, devoted, they did everything to make us feel comfortable. The kitchen is outstanding and refined. The cocktails and wines are of excellent quality. The environment is fabulous. The cleanliness is impressive. There is something in this hotel that we haven't experienced anywhere else. I didn't know what it was for a long time, until I found out in the last days: and the owners are none other than Andi and Nikko. They are the ones who make it perfect instead, they have their hearts in the Chandi hotel. And now a piece of our heart will stay here in Indonesia, in the Chendi Resort. thank you Andi, thank you Nikko, and thank you to the entire staff! What an amazing place! Beachfront with ocean view, sunset cocktails and plush grounds. So tastefully decorated. Spacious and spotless room with outdoor shower being the highlight! Food quality is superb and staff extremely helpful. We literally did not want to leave. Don't miss the Anggrek Putih cooking classes organized daily by Chris!

The staff at the Chandi are so genuinely welcoming and helpful. The grounds are beautifully designed and maintained. The food was very good, compliments to the kitchen staff. The only slight negatives are the semi jarring choice of music (from techno to south Amercian pan flute vibe), personally I would have preferred traditional Indonesian or something lowkey, and you can really hear the traffic on the road from the villas at the back (garden view) but there isn't anything that can be done about that. Highly recommend staying at the Chandi and a special shout out to the bar and reception staff as well as Kamilla at the spa who gave me the best massage I have ever had - she is a gem. Thanks everyone, we loved our stay.

This was our first port of call on our Bali/Lombok trip. It is absolutely gorgeous. We had a beautiful quiet villa with a sea view. Cosy and clean with an outdoor shower and toilet - beautifully done. Lovely pool which was never busy. Stunning cabanas, hammocks and seating in perfect places. What sets this place apart was also the staff - particularly Helmi and Helen a real find in a junior trainee. The food was great and we were lucky enough to be there for the BBQ - wow!!! Best ever! All of the staff including the cleaners and gardener were amazing but sadly I didn't get all their names. This is however, not a great beach but it doesn't matter! There was a romantic proposal while we were there beautifully set up by the staff. Sadly we see that this lovely paradise is for sale with planning for extensions (it is only 15 rooms) so go while you can! We had long walks to Sengiggi and beyond so it is near enough for other places to eat and we did - just for variety as the hotel food is very good.
