房間乾淨整潔 顏色明快 停車免費但是停車場不大 服務員熱情 去海濱很近 出門就上人行天橋 日夜海景無縫切換 離音樂噴泉很近

很新的酒店，房間可以看到海，非常愜意。套房有個小客廳，用餐喝茶很方便，前台服務人員態度也好，五星推薦！

巴統的酒店很多，但新的沒幾家，所以選擇不算太多。整體還是滿意的，員工們很熱情禮貌，房間很大，景觀望海，早上能看到海水的變化。早餐很一般，選擇不多，但酒店出來直走再右轉就是那家有建築感的MacDonald了。巴統很好玩，大家要多留幾天慢慢玩，會很難忘的。

看不到海，忽悠人的，房間也不怎麼樣，不滿足五星要求

Our stay at Ramada Hotel was amazing and above our expectations. Thanks to the staff we had a wonderful experience having our rooms next to each other and with amazing sea view. The swimming pool with a jacuzzi and saunas was great and we could relax in the evenings in a great ambience and amenities. The hotel is very close to the beach and a nice promenade. It is perfectly located with a wonderful view, the rooms are lovely and very spacious. We were delighted with the stay at the hotel, we were very well treated, and the experience was from the beginning until the very end above the expectations. We will be back in a short time.

Horrible experience !!! They did not maintain their property properly and later blamed to their esteemed guests for poor maintenance . Hotel seems that the guest who booked is coming only for damage their property ....Our bathroom glass door was sliding and the lock was not properly fitted due to one of the door derailing & falling on my shoulders. The glass was broken for that they pressurised us heavily to pay the damage cost instead of taking care ourselves who slightly injured. in the night Front desk Mr . Zura & the next day another Lady authority ( May be AGM) asked us to pay 250 Gel!!! Instead of accepting their lacuna & poor maintenance,They blamed us !! We had booked 3 rooms as we were 2 families . They do not even care & have No concern that we are staying with family . They forced us to pay 200 GEL FINALLY and then only allowed us to check out !!!

Miss Maya Service head care about my vegetarian food.... thanks 🙏 Miss Nona services were highly recommend into you customer support...... Mr. Josef the Barman understand very well about my drink preference....so again thanks you all for the best service you provide see you next in the future...... With a lot of Success

Very nice hotel. Amazing team. Rich breakfast and delicious food. Nice spa and facilities. Even though it was a business trip, we really enjoyed it. Thanks to the entire team. We will definitely come back there soon.

Otelimiz şık ve sahile yürüme mesafesindeydi.odamiz temizdi.fakat resepsiyonda yoğunluk olduğu ve tercüman da hazır bulunmadığı için iletişimde sıkıntı yaşadık.sigara içme cezası 100 $ ve içme alanı kısıtli, mini bar bomboş,wifi var,kahvaltıda çeşit az,kahvesi çok kötü,

Сейчас находимся в Рамаде.до этого отдыхали в Мариотте.Отель в целом понравился. Номера свежие.На ресепшене замечательные девушки. Очень огорчил бассейн.вода ледяная! Зайти в воду невозможно.показывает 29, но не соответствует. Это большой минус
