Отличается от того,что на фото. Возможно,много номеров у хозяина,я разочарована. Название "Luxury apartments" совершенно неуместно здесь. Также не понравилось ,что была лишь одна сковорода-и та вся поцарапанная,даже не было крышки к ней,кастрюли тоже не было. Получается кухня там есть ,но готовить на ней особо не получится. Написала хозяину,но он игнорировал мою просьбу. Единственный плюс, это хороший вид на море с балкона.

Находится в Орби блок А Советую связываться за несколько часов до заселения, чтобы выяснить где именно ваш номер При заселении нужно оплатить 10 лари за карточку для входа, об этом конечно никто не указал, хорошо что мы успели обменять валюту в аэропорту когда зашла в номер, там было 2 мужчин которые чинили кондиционер, я сначала подумала что мы перепутали номер, но нет, не знаю как это объяснить, но было недоумение Никто ни о чем не предупредил конечно же Спустя минут 10 они ушли Сам номер чистый, был гель и шампунь с мылом Микроволновка, стиральная машинка, тв, интернет Так как кондиционер не работал на тепло, нам принесли электрическую батарею, грела она хорошо Вцелом все хорошо, кроме тех двух казусов в виде оплаты карты и мужчин в номере

Студия в современным апарт-отеое на берегу. Суромно, но чисто. Заселили раньше. Есть кухня. Немного посуды. Микроволновка. Стир. машина. Утюг, фен, телевизор. Кондиционер в декабре работаем на нагрев. И есть ещё конвектор. Так что сначала холодно, потом помещение нагревается. Но конечно всё уставшее. И бельё с сильными потёртостями, и приборов недостаточно, сильный запах химии от уборки. Но за цену что мы заплатили это не страшно.

Заселили быстро, море, набережная , магазины в шаговой доступности , в номере чисто , есть 2 балкона , есть утюг , мини кухня , единственный минус на 4 человека дали постельного белья в недостаточном количестве , попросили принести еще 1 , но администратор не ответил , жили 2 ночи , детям пришлось спать на 1 диване, хотя дивана в комнате 2. Остальное понравилось , будем в Батуми снова , остановимся здесь.

Слишком пафосное название для апартамента с ремонтом среднего качества. В целом не плохо за такую цену. Самый жирный минус -это отопление. Мы остановились в декабре, несмотря на уличные +15 С , один кондиционер на две комнаты просто не справлялся со своей задачей. Укутывались как могли, просыпались с ледяным носом. Обязательно забирайте с собой тапочки или теплые носки, в гостиной пол из плитки, одноразовых тапочек в номере нет, отморозили себе ноги) Из плюсов - шикарный вид, кухня достаточно хорошо оборудована.

Местоположение хорошее, вид с балкона хороший. Сама квартира старая, душевая система не работала нормально, был застой воды (который никак не исправил собственник), посуда старая убитая. В целом на короткий срок можно жить
