I had a very nice experience while checking in as i had two separate booking and i do not want to go in hassle of check in and out and have complete stay at one room , but the Supervisor in the front desk ( David Phutkaradze ) was humble and polite to meet my requirement with a smile in his face and give me multiple option and better recommendation to choose , he reflected what i call unique customer experience with the best quality . thanks to him and because of that i will recommend the hotel to others

Огромные очереди. Номер был не убран. Уборщиц нету. Сервиса нету. Очередь на лифты всегда. Самих лифтов приходится ждать по несколько минут.

Sewage smell that could kill any living creature was in my room, and after complaining to the reception, they were only making fun of me and tell me that Orbi can't do anything for you. I already paid in advance and I left .. they didn't give me me money back.

Horrible Orbi Hotels, they scam you for more money and more money. The rooms no bedding no services Rude agents. If you need bedding or things that are not in room they want more money for everything. We had most horrific experience. Good location but bad service.

DISGUSTING PLACE! I spent 10months in this place spending half an hour each day to reach the Ground floor because most of the elevator are not working, some of them require you to close them manually form outside (after waiting for 15min to arrive), and the rest occupied by the cleaners , and when finally you reach your room it turns out your keys not working without previous notice, and then you need to come back again with the same scenario and stand in the line of reception... every WEEK!!!!! Mudd everywhere, safety ZERO! walls you can neighbors people doing XXX and cleaners at night laughing in Georgian in the hallway. AND THE WORST PART IS THE RUDE RECEPTIONIST MAKING FUN OF YOU WHEN YOU COMPLAIN ! I WOULDN'T RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY!!

Pluses: 1. Location: The Batumi Twin Towers are situated in a prime location on Sherif Khimshiashvili Street, close to various attractions like Batumi Mall, Zootopia Batumi, and Qtiur Casino. This makes it convenient for guests to explore the city. 2. Views: Almost all apartments offer side view of the beach, especially those on higher floors. The sea and cityscape views are a significant highlight. 3. Modern Amenities: The apartments are well-equipped with modern amenities, including good Wi-Fi, clean and stylish interiors, and fresh renovations. 4. Economical - The pricing of the rooms is highly moderate and it is easy to book online. Minuses: 1. Ongoing Construction: Some parts of the Twin Towers are still under construction, which can be a bit disruptive. Guests staying on lower floors might experience some noise and inconvenience. 2. Service: The staff at the Twin Towers is very limited and you are often left unattended. Housekeeping is name sake and there are no extra towels or cleaning done once you check in. 3. High Wait time - When we checked in we were first asked to visit the office located on 72 floor of Block B, and then allotted an apartment in Block C. With limited elevators, you have to often wait for your turn. 4. Limited Historical Charm: Unlike some other accommodations in Batumi, the Twin Towers lack historical charm, which might be a downside for those looking for a more traditional Georgian experience. 5. Lack of Parking: In spite of clear mention of parking in booking, parking is general and always occupied. Overall, the Batumi Twin Towers offer a modern and comfortable stay with excellent views and amenities, though the ongoing construction and service issues might be considerations for potential guests.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Avoid this place like the plague. It will ruin your vacation for sure as it did ours. Once booked, we went to the reception to check in after a long trip. It turned out they had no idea about the reservation and we had to call the number which no one was picking up. I was with my elderly mother who was very tired and we had to wait forever. The building was super crowded with a lot of people in a similar situation. The so called manager who is SO RUDE finally picked up the phone when the receptionist called him. It turned out we had to go to a different building in the scorching heat and go to the 8th floor where his "office" is. Long story short, we got charged extra, he accepted only cash and gave us no invoice. I would tell him to go go to hell but since I was with my mom, I had to get the room as she was very tired. The manager is literally the worst, the rudest you'll ever find. We left after just 2 days because this building is so awful, you have to wait for an hour for the elevators, the staff is SO rude, and it is a NO, a big NO! If you want to spend your vacation feeling super stressed and disrespected by the so called manager, then and only then you can rent at Orbi City.

They send you from one building to another. They cheat you at every step. The initial price does not match. They made you pay for the key. This is the first time I have seen this. THEY PROMISE BREAKFAST AND DON'T GIVE IT. There is no bath towel for your feet, no robes, not even tea or drinking water. But there is someone else's hair and someone else's uncleaned garbage. The microwave is dirty, and even rusty. Close this hotel.

The flat I was staying at was on the 46th floor. The room was great, the amenities provided were good and the black sea view from the room was marvellous. There are few supermarkets in walking distance and some nice restaurants nearby too. In a nutshell it was a great stay.
