Excellent services from all the staff, especially from reception. Spacious bed, amenities are perfect, comfortable desk area and sofa bed. Extremely satisfied for the stay. High recommended

The room is new and clean with a nice design. Staff might lack of information as I tried to called the telephone operator regarding the price of buffet Ramadan , she can’t answered and have to forwarded me to the restaurant. Then I asked the restaurant staff how much discount for in house guest, she don’t know too. She said she will call back me after asking her manager but then the night shift staff called me and ask me how can assist me which meant they didn’t even communicate within themselves before calling me. The communication is bad. But the overall experience during my stay is fine.

The hotel concept is great with Modern Nyonya peranakan theme. Staffs was amazing - Tiffin Hall crews, Front desk, Sense bar crews, housekeeping - the staffs was attentive and friendly.

New hotel and very clean rooms. Very comfortable bed and pillow. Love the muji vibes in the rooms. Only 10mins away from Queensbay. Staff are all friendly and courteous. Will definitely stay again.

設施：非常新，新酒店，隔音也好，附近幾公里算是最好的， 衞生：真的不錯。在檳城這附近幾公里，算是最好的 環境：這個就真的不怎麼的，地理位置不好，附近沒什麼商場，餐館。距離AEON，皇后港商場也有兩三公里吧。 服務：也不錯，有中英文的服務員，前台

非常滿意 這是這次馬拉西亞7天酒店中最便宜的 但是卻是最滿意的 很乾凈 房間內東西高級 終於有個非常棒的吹風機 泳池邊吃吃小吃 五星級酒店 價格一點都不貴

離喬治城有點距離，其他都很完美，新酒店設施就是好，還有type c接口，泳池酒吧非常棒，價格也合理，這個季節居然早晚都點冷，

性價比很高，住的舒服滿意，離皇後街購物很近，機場也不遠，作為最後一站，是最為便利的選擇。酒店很新，值得推薦！

整體還不錯，就是位置不是很中心，去喬治城、升旗山、皇后灣都需要打車人，酒店挺新的。服務都還不錯。

房間設施新，節日氛圍濃厚。前台專業，好溝通。早餐豐富

房間非常棒，很新，充滿智能化設備。窗外景色很漂亮，酒店環境不錯，有國際象棋可以下。13層的無邊泳池有點冷，挺大的，晚上有駐唱歌手，氣氛非常好。下次會願意帶家人住！

前台有中文服務人員，蠻好的，但是房間是封閉窗，小插曲，把七萬多的手鐲掉房間了，當時挺着急的，還好被服務人員找到了，感謝
