Bugün otelden cıktı. İlk gün öğle yemeği alakart oldu. O şekilde ***et lezzetliydi. Ama sonrası gerçekten yemekler çok kötüydü. Soğuklar fena değildi. Tatlılar 1-2 tanesi iyiydi gerisi çok kötüydü. Çorbalar ya acı yada tuzluydu. Çocuğum makarnayı çok sever teşekkür ederim size artık makarna yemek istemiyor. Makarnanın bile tadı hiç yoktu. Çocuk resmen ayranla bitirdi günleri bir daha kesinlikle tercih etmem

Otel konum olarak merkeze çok yakın olmasada çok güzel bir yerde kendi denizi olsun çok temiz yemekler ideal oda temizliği hergün yapılıyor minibar yenileniyor her damak zevkine uygun animasyonlar daha iyi olabilirdi sadece

Merhaba kolay gelsin ben daha öncede kalmıştım otelde fakat bu sefer kaldığımızda çok kötü yiyecekler içecekler berbattı ve biz 8 aileydik otelde çok çok kötüydü

Pine Bay Holiday Resort offers you ultra all inclusive service with traditional Turkish hospitality. Cristal clear water and awesome sunsets Signature cockatilas made by Serhat are great add-on which made our experience even better.

The hotel is very clean and tidy. The building is huge. 8 restaurants a lot of lobbys where you can chill. We used the conference room and cinema as we needed it for our lessons. Special time spent was drinking cocktail from bar chef serhat who makes his own cocktail creations, very special stuff.

So far, the resort has been fantastic. Spacious room (family of 4) amazing food with plenty for all dietary requirements (I need to have a restricted diet) Staff have been absolutely amazing & taken of us all holiday. Would recommend, would come back.

Almost at the end of our holiday. This hotel is in a beautiful location and close to Ephesus, Kusadasi and many water parks. While I agree the rooms are dated, they are also spacious (we are in a superior club room) and have all the basics, and a decent daily housekeeping service too. The food here is lovely, and there are lots of options to pick to eat. We particularly like having a la cart options at lunchtime in the beach restaurant and Panorama restaurant as juggling three children at the buffet can be a pain. The resort is huge, hilly but incredibly picturesque with palms and pines everywhere. The kids pools, mini slides and big slides have been great for the kids. The beach and ease of travelling to other places has been great for us parents. I was worried before arriving about the negative comments around food, cleanliness and dated rooms but have not had any problems with any of this at all. Perhaps there is not the same upkeep that we are used to, but it has not impacted our fun at all.

Excellent family holiday, very friendly staff , welcoming and looked after us. The life guards and entertainment staff were Excellent and their jobs. The food was very nice and tasty, we only found that we couldn't get a seat straight away but we weren't waiting long at all. The waiter and waitresses always accommodated us and couldn't be more helpful if they tried. The beach was literally next ro the pool and we spent equal amount of time there to. Lots of bars close by for food and drinks. We will definitely be returning.

We made the mistake of reading the reviews after we arrived. We looked at the reviews because we couldn’t believe how bad the entire experience was. I have never left a review on anywhere I’ve stayed before but this one is needed. The staff were consistently rude and unhelpful. We didn’t get any names but one young man with big eyebrows had the worst attitude and was so rude to us every time we just tried to get food in this supposed ‘all-inclusive’. Another blonde lady constantly followed us around as if we’d done something wrong. There was no advertising or mention of 70% of the resort being closed due to the time of year so it felt like a complete of money when you couldn’t do anything. No waterpark or beach bar like expected and only one singular restaurant/bar to choose from. Big gaps between meal times so sometimes if you were hungry and you just missed lunch by 1 minute you would have to wait 4 hours until dinner. Overall the staff do not care about your stay, if you’re hungry, or anything else and I really recommend that you stay elsewhere.
