Home has comfy beds 3 bdrm, 1.5 bath shower only no tub. 50 inch Roku tv with Netflix. Want to play games not a problem welcome to a full walkout fun filled unfinished basement/game room-pool table, astroids, space invaders, air hockey, ping pong, card table & board games. Want more privacy relax on the back patio, cook out on the gas grill, enjoy the tree lined yard with fire ring to enjoy and finish off your evening roasting marshmallows and making s’mores. Short distance to major highways 75, 675 and 35. Nice property, fun games
Overall very happy with our experience here. We enjoyed the games very much, made winding down after a day at the museum fun.

Guys Weekend
It was a cute little place. The back needs lights of some sort once it gets dark cant see anything. The railing to the downstairs is not safe to use as a railing. Everything else was great and we had a good time.

Dayton trip
We had a great time. We came out to dayton just for the air force museum. It was so nice to have a house that offered so much entertainment for when we were done for the day. Another plus is that it was so close to everything as well. Anything we really needed was within about a min trip

Girls Weekend
We came for a bowling tournament, the house was perfect for the weekend. It was close to everything we needed. Having the kitchen made it convenient for us to easily eat meals and then watch movies or play games.

Great Stay
The house was super clean! We enjoyed the game room very much! It’s hard to find a family place to keep teenagers and adults both happy and this place did just that! Very pleased with our stay.

Weekend getaway
The house was just as advertised. The basement was very nice for the family to play games as during the winter months it is too cold to be outside. Location was close to everything we were planning to do. Only one suggestion is to get a new mattress for the middle bedroom. It was not comfortable to sleep on.
