Residence Inn Dayton Beavercreek

Rooms are fine for a business stay. Carpets could use a cleaning but overall rooms were as to be expected, ok for a quick trip. That being said, the front desk and supervising staff were disappointing. We had booked multiple rooms for our company and the front desk staff was unwilling to provide assistance. Any confusion we may have asked for clarification on regarding payment, rooms, etc. was met with combative and rude explanations with no recommendations or solutions. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in a group. The staff isn't prepared to handle any questions you may have to best support your team.

My husband likes to stay at Marriott hotels so we chose this one when our daughter graduated from law school. The room was not cheap and we rented several for out of town family. The location is good and surrounded with shopping and restaurants. Our room was a tad noisy from the road outside. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable. We got a handicap accessible room, not sure why, but the bathroom was very shabby looking. Rooms need updated. My niece had no light in her bathroom. For the price I’ve stayed at much nicer places.

If you have never stayed at this hotel called the Residence Inn by marriott Dayton Beavercreek before, I highly recommend that you check it out because the rooms are very spacious and the beds are super comfortable. One thing that I have to say about the service there is that they are very positive and friendly and welcoming to all the guest and willing to answer any questions that you may have regarding your reservation or anything that you may need for your stay at this amazing hotel. One thing that I have to say about the atmosphere of the place is that it's very creative and vibrant when you first walk into the hotel, and overall, it's just a wonderful place to stay at in the Dayton Beavercreek area whenever you are looking for a great place to stay at. The reason why I'm giving this place five stars is because it's one of my favorite places to stay in the Dayton Beavercreek area whenever Im there visiting family or friends and overall in my opinion it's a hotel to stay at in the Dayton beaver creek area with your friends and family. The reason why I think the location is great is because you're right across the street from Fairfield Commons Mall and also right across the street from a shopping center with different places to eat and shop and also in the same location is a sams Club grocery store. Let me tell you about the service that I received there the last time that my family and I stayed there. The last time that we stayed there The person who was working at the front desk was amazing and overall if we had any questions that we needed answered they answered them for us. One thing that I have to say about the breakfast options at this hotel is that they have different types of coffee and juice and different types of breakfast options and different hot food options as well as different types of cereal and yogurt and fruit. One thing that I have to say about the cleanliness of the hotel is that it's very clean and organized and overall not a lot of trash or dirt anywhere around the hotel. In my conclusion this place by far has exceeded my expectations for one of my favorite places to stay at in the Dayton Beavercreek area whenever Im in town visiting family or friends and overall if you are looking for a great place to stay at in the Dayton Beavercreek area whenever you are in town visiting with friends and family and want great service and friendly staff and a great price and great experience you should check this place out.

Hotel staff were very friendly. The room and hotel was clean and comfortable. Located in a very safe area by a nice mall, many restaurants and stores close by. We wanted to be close to the Air Force Museum so Beavercreek was an ideal place to stay.

We've been staying in this hotel for Christmas for several years now and it gets worse every year. Finally, it's gotten just disgusting and there's no way we'll stay here again. Marriott should be ashamed. There is peeling wallpaper in the lobby that for over a year now has been "repaired" with a stapler. The kitchenette floor has not been cleaned in a very long time. Something has dripped down the light fixture in the kitchen and not been cleaned. The shower had gross, dirty gunk in the corner, likely semen that was not cleaned. The employees here are evidently not paid well enough to care about the quality of their work at all. The second room they put us in, smaller and more disgusting than the first, reeked of cigarette smoke. They offered us a diy solution, a poisonous gas machine. Nothing in a hotel should be DIY. Never again.

Room was fine, but I would never stay here again. It seems as this hotel is being used by someone (HUD maybe?) for long term housing of elderly and perhaps mentally challenged people. Strange people roaming the halls at all hours. I didn’t feel particularly safe inside the hotel. The hotel itself was in a nice area with shopping and restaurants.

Ive stayed here 3 times for soccer tournaments over the last 3 years. The first 2 stays were weird and not normal, but I figured COVID had every hotel acting strange. But now that COVID is basically over, this hotel is still strange. I'm not saying this is a terrible hotel. But the customer service aspect of it is way different than any other Marriott property I've stayed at in the last 10 years. First, the hotel itself is dated. Stains on the carpet, walls, ceilings. Water damage all over the bathrooms. Beds are lumpy and hard. Breakfast is average. The pool is old and worn. It really needs a face-lift. Now for the customer service aspect. As a Titanium member, I'm entitled to a 4pm checkout if I request it. All 3 times I've been denied this option due to housekeeping staff having to stay late and ve paid overtime. Not sure why, but that is the response. I booked a King suite with sofa bed this last time for my daughter and myself. Last minute, my wife and son decided to come along as well. Upon check in, I asked to be changed to a double queen room. The front desk said sure, but it will cost you an extra $283 a night due to being almost sold out and that was the going rate. I've never been been charged for room switches, even upgrades, but to be charged almost 3 times the price for a downgrade is insane. I've asked for extra towels in a previous stay only to be told to hang up the used towels and reuse them to save water and money. Again, this is a very average, dated hotel, with weird customer service. I will try and stay somewhere else the next time I'm in town for soccer.

Friendly efficient staff at check in and check out, clean comfortable room, very comfortable bed and bedding. Location was perfect for the family visit we were there for. Just what we needed after a day on the road.

I stayed for 2 weeks. The room was a good size, with a separate living area and bedroom, the location was great with a number of good restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. I asked for my room to be cleaned every other day and this was completed to a good standard, with clean towels and bedding as required. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is recovering from a burst pipe so the hall and some rooms were being redecorated, however this did not impact my stay. The big downside was the breakfast, it's great if you like unhealthy food, however there was little fresh fruit (just apples).
