SpringHill Suites Dayton Beavercreek

We had stayed at this hotel several years ago and found it to have Gond down a bit since this time. The front desk folks are extremely helpful and pleasant. The room was large and bathroom well equipped. We found the carpeting in the room to be filthy. We reported this to the front desk and they said they were in the process of cleaning carpet when a room became empty. This did not help us but I hope they were telling the truth as the carpet was very DIRTY. The breakfast was adequate but not exciting. I remember the breakfast being better in the past. In all, nice hotel but has gone down in the past 2 years. Hope they pay attention to my comments and get ALL of the room's carpets cleaned!

The staff at Springhill Suites in Dayton Beavercreek is 2nd to none. They provide excellent customer service and always making sure your stay is as stress free as possible. They will take care of any issues that might arise right away! I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I need to stay in the Dayton Beavercreek area.

I just returned from visiting a friend in the Dayton area where I stayed at the Marriott Springhill Suites in Beavercreek. I was greeted at the front desk and then shown to my room #121 which was really spacious and very clean. There was a separate bar type area near the front door that had coffee supplies and a small refrigerator. I am very particular about beds as a lot of them can be too soft but the king size bed I had was really good. No backache in the morning when I woke up. The bath area was laid out nicely especially the shower area. The bar and breakfast area in the main lobby had a good assortment of hot and fresh food and the people stocking it were very friendly. I can't complain about one thing and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to the area.

As a long time Marriott Elite Bonvoy Member I choose to.pay more for quality and service. Today, my experience exceeded my expectations. I left a 1 star after spending 250 US for a room that air conditioning didn't work and no solution was provided at 230am. However I left a message for.thw Operations Manager who I met in the morning and she explained ownership change and how she wanted to make my experience right. She did and for that alone I am giving a 5 Star not because of hotel not because of location and services but because ownership hired the right individual who understands long term customer loyalty. stay at home 2 suites next door. I love springhill suites and they are my go to anywhere I travel. NOT THIS ONE! 2 towels in a room marked for 5 people. All three families I traveled with had to go to front desk and ask for more -no pool towels we had to take them from the workout room - small pool- again 10 kids in the pool and we took up the entire thing. Any other families wanting to swim would not have fit. The tile floor around it was EXTREMELY slippery my nephew slipped three times - bar was closed on a Saturday night. And the best part was o was charged twice and refused refund. They are blaming that I booked from a third party . Not just on my card but on several parties I traveled with had same issue. Don’t stay here !!

Our king room and bath were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The dorm -size refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker in the room entry area were convenient. The barebones sofa was adequate but uncomfortable -- a feature that will cause us to continue to book at Hampton Inns. Breakfast was fine but not outstanding. The rates are high on Friday and Saturday nights. A better price can be obtained Sunday - Thursday nights.

The staff apparently quit today, leaving dozens of people scrambling to find other hotels on a busy sold-out weekend. Marriott customer service provided little help. Would you make a reservation on the second iteration of the Hindenburg? If you are the type of person who would think twice about that kind of risk, I suggest you skip this hotel too. But, hey, if you are into being completely let down, book a room here, but maybe also see a therapist.

We had a great experience! We were in town for a family graduation. We were greeted by Kay at the front desk. She was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious. We stayed in 412 and we would have had plenty of room to have both of our kids stay with us on the pull out sofa. The bed was comfortable. We had plenty of pillows. And the room was exceptionally clean! The only thing that we would like to have had would that the toilet was in the same room as the shower, so no door. But since it was justy husband and I it was fine. They do have a bar area and breakfast in the morning was well stocked and a good variety of hot and fresh food. The worker stocking it was very helpful. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance, but Twin Peaks is right there.

Nice place. Would certainly stay again. Staff seemed to know the area for dinning recommendations. Typical breakfast.
