This was the best motel we stayed at during a 5 day touring holiday in northern Victoria. The room looked newly renovated and was very well decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom excellent. Located a 2 minute drive to the centre of town. We would choose to stay here when next in Beechworth.

Compact but cosy, walking distance to the centre of town, nice small motel, excellent bed and shower, but the best thing is the complementary breakfast - either cooked or continental - which is a great start when you need to get going on a road trip.

A quaint setting for this motel which has been nicely renovated including a small garden area offering outside seating and BBQ. The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Although on a main road there was little noise and we had a good night's sleep. The managers were very helpful and we even got a good old fashioned breakfast in the morning at no extra cost! We could make our own coffee with pods in the room. It was a good one night stay in Beechworth.

A traditional old world motel, this place is good for an overnight stay or two. It has clean large rooms with good beds and a good bathroom, and nice places to sit outside in the good weather. A decent cooked breakfast is brought to your room. Good heating in the winter.

Lovely quaint motel with BBQ area, would be lovely in summer with tables and chairs. Rooms were lovely and warm when we arrived. Room was clean and newly renovated. Bed was comfortable and bonus electric blanket. Definitely needed it as it was a cold 4 degrees. Bonus breakfast included which arrived hot and on time. Friendly host.

I stayed here for 2 nights. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included with your room and it was excellent. The room was so spacious and the decor was fabulous, a lot of time and effort had gone into furnishing the room and the grounds. The bed was so comfortable. Everything you needed was supplied in room. The towels were so big and soft. The shower was so clean that the glass doors were sparkling. The Air-conditioner was switched on ready for my arrival. Car parking was available outside your unit. The grounds of the Motel were great. Will definitely be staying here again.

What a fabulous quaint, comfortable and friendly motel. The owners have thought of everything with comfortable bedding, great towels, a clean and well appointed bathroom and charming decor. But it’s the ‘little things’ that set this place apart- the room heater on upon arrival, the electric blanket, extra blankets if needed, biscuits to enjoy with a cuppa, a great sized microwave and even a sensor night light to use in the bathroom! The true sign of good old hospitality and guest care is the tasty complementary breakfast before departure- delivered warm & on time. This will definitely not be our last visit!

What a great and pleasant surprise. The motel exterior is like an English country garden and various seatings scattered below the trees. Rooms are fully modernised with latest coffee machines, lounge area and small table to eat if required. Great beds and great instant hot water from a large bathroom. And.. breakfast is included- and we are talking about eggs Benedict, etc. Definitely the place to stay when visiting Beechworth - and I have worked in hotel industry for some forty years. 100 percent satisfaction.

A great little find. This was our 4th stay here. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Bed is great and rooms are quiet. It’s the little touches that really make this place. Room was heated for our arrival, super large fluffy towels, delicious complimentary breakfast and a packet of everyone’s favourite biscuits!
