The modern lobby wasn‘t in the same building as our Appartement/room. It‘s seems that some of these rooms were in rent and not for hotel guests. Maybe some sort of Community or rental apartements according to internet. The huge lobby and reception (nobody there) felt like a „lost place“. Not renovated/updated since decades. Also the pool area in front of this „main“ building wasn‘t taken care of. A broken sunshade and deck chairs weren’t white anymore. At the shore there were places which were not secured anymore. For example missing safety fences which could in our opinion even be dangerous for children or even adults. It seems there was below the restaurant (which was owned by the hotel anymore), nicer rooms with separate pool, but the communication on their internet page wasn‘t clear for us at all.

Beautiful location and next to an independent lovely restaurant. Rooms (room 1) is stunning BUT unfortunately both nights we were woken approx 1am with the pungent smell of sewage, so strong we had to evacuate the room having opened all the windows for at least an hour. I reported this to staff in the morning and wrote an email the 2nd night at 1am plus pulled the night porter to see the problem. He was shocked it was so bad. It actually made you nauseous all day. He was very concerned but helpless.The management have not taken it seriously, offering a 20% discount. Bearing in mind two romantic nights were over £700 for basically a room with no sun loungers unless you went next door and these were basic plastic beds no cushions etc. Sorry but they really have no real interest in investigating the issue and a serious health hazard.

The setting of this hotel is stunning and provides some special views. Although not the biggest, the rooms are nicely set out. A big drawback of the hotel is the restaurant booking situation. Apart from the hotel restaurant which gets booked out due to local bookings the only walking alternatives we found were in Sa Tuna. (A bit of a walk along the cliff side). There are a few options here however all these were also booked out for Sunday lunch quite late in season coming out of Covid!! I would recommend the hotel emailing customers making them aware of the need to book restaurants to avoid being left without a meal. The main pool is at the sister location and not the most convenient to get to. There was no bar service at the time we stayed. If staying more than a couple of nights the lack of convenient amenities would begin to disappoint. Recommended for a short stay.

The views are amazing but the customer service is horrible. The management (the one young woman in charge) has no interest in making the stay enjoyable for the guests. In fact it seems they go out of their way to make it unpleasant. They are rude, condescending, and not helpful. The place is stunning but the rooms are dated and run down for the price.

A éviter.. Hôtel surfait .. . qui mise uniquement sur sa vue Prix excessif : (442 pour 2 nuits) salle de bain exiguë.. odeur de wc toute la journée signalée mais à priori c’est normal, bruit de l’extracteur du restaurant . Et pour finir le petit déjeuner non compris à 25€ et minimaliste Fuyez les amis consommateurs !!

Un acceuil parfait par une jeune demoiselle dénommé Amina, une vue à couper le souffle... Chambre petite mais tous confort .. Idéal pour ce ressourcer quels que jours, restaurant à 20s à pied, jolie ballade en forêt et sur la côte catalane à rêver avec des villas de millionnaire.. Petite piscine, petit déjeuner avec le lever du soleil et service sérieux...

Het seizoen is nog niet begonnen dus hadden we geluk met de prijzen voor de kamers. Wakker worden met uitzicht op zee... we hadden geluk met het weer en konden al genieten van ontbijt op het terras. Het restaurant naast de kamers is ook zeer lekker. Gemakkelijk voor s’avonds dat je niet meer in de donker door de bergen moet.
