The staff is really nice and helpful. As we mistakenly booked the wrong room that had to climb upstairs. She changed the room for us. And the housekeeper was very sweet guiding is to the restaurant nearby.

Bad check in experience. The receptionist asked us to cancel the online booking, and insist us to re-book the hotel through their own platform.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Quanjing Hotel’s Dongzhimen location, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the outstanding level of service provided by their staff. One thing that stood out to me was how swiftly they handled any room-related issues. In the rare event that something needed attention, they were on it in no time. Their proactive and positive attitude towards resolving these matters was truly commendable. It’s evident that they prioritize guest satisfaction above all else. Another highlight of my stay was the friendly and welcoming atmosphere that permeates throughout the hotel. Every staff member I encountered was not only approachable but also eager to assist. Whether it was asking for directions or seeking recommendations, they were always ready to help with a smile. When it comes to breakfast, Quanjing Hotel consistently impresses me. The variety of options available ensures that there’s something for everyone. Not only is the breakfast delicious, but it’s also health-conscious, making it suitable for those looking to maintain a balanced diet while traveling. The hotel’s convenient location is yet another plus point. It’s just a short ten-minute walk from the nearest subway station, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. Additionally, the surrounding area boasts a multitude of shopping and dining options. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly food delivery services could reach the hotel, which is a testament to its prime location. In conclusion, Quanjing Hotel Dongzhimen exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Their prompt resolution of any issues, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and convenient location make it a top-notch choice for travelers. I wholeheartedly give this establishment a five-star rating and look forward to returning on my next visit to Beijing.

Though not right near underground exit but still not far. Helpful staff that impressed by their multi tasking not just take care front desk, but also restaurant services. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower water was hot n big. Breakfast was good. Ji was good value in comfy stay with good service. A good choice if visited Beijing.

The price for this hotel is quite expensive for the quality. Room had a smoke smell when u entered, turns out there was a cigarette butt in the toilet. Room is very small, Aircon was given off a very loud sound when used. Location is a 10 mins walk to nearest metro station.

The hotel is situated near the Dongzhimen underground station, 500 metres. Which means u can get to all parts of Beijing fairly easily. This is a Business hotel meaning most if the customers are single and aged between 25 and 50. I only saw 2 families there and certainly no foreigners. The front desk is fairly friendly but even I struggled with my chinese. But they were very helpful if you asked for any help. Like directions or booking a taxi, odd hour checkout. The room is on the small side. I have only one complaint , there isn't enough lights in the room. It does feel gloomy. Another ceiling light or side lamp would improve the situation They have a reasonable spread for breakfast and for a very reasonable price. Location wise , it's convenient for shopping and a food court at Raffles City above the Dongzhimen metro station. And it's situated near the highway which leads to the Beijing Capital airport. This meant that we weren't prey to the big traffic jams we see round Beijing.

Good hotel for the price

酒店地址方便。步行就可以從東直門地鐵站前。從首都機場打車到酒店也只需～$50. 預訂的是最便宜的房型，職員告知要自己拿着兩件行李步行兩層樓梯才回到房間。如要選擇有電梯的房間就要加錢。 房間是在酒店大樓旁邊的一個舊樓宇，中間沒有瓦遮頭，如果下雨時要淋雨才能從酒店大堂步行至舊樓宇的後樓梯。 除此之外，房間尚算可以。大小適中。衛生亦良好。

位置還是比較好，不過房間設施比較久，前台工作人員服務態度還可以，全季酒店還是比較值得信賴的，每次出行都訂。

這次和家人來到北京，訂了全季酒店家庭房3晚，飯店人員大部分服務都很優，飯店也有設置洗衣房供使用，真的很不錯👍。

ฉันได้รับประสบการณ์อย่างดีเยี่ยมในโรงแรมนี้ พนักงานทุกคนกระตือรือร้นที่จะช่วยเหลือถึงแม้จะติดปัญหาด้านภาษาบ้างเล็กน้อย พนักงานต้อนรับสามารถให้ข้อมูลในสิ่งที่ฉันสอบถามได้เป็นอย่างดี และเหนือสิ่งอื่นใดโรงแรมใกล้จุดนั่งบัสไปกำแพงเมืองจีนด่านซือมาไถ่เพียงแค่ข้ามถนน สำหรับใครที่มองหาโรงแรมที่ใกล้จุดเดินทางโรงแรมนี้ถือเป็นอีกตัวเลือกหนึ่งที่ดีมากๆ
