Pickup service was really good, wait at floor4 exit 3 and call the hotel. The hotel is very clean and modern. Room thermostats are centrally locked at 30° , that's to hot and the windows don't open! All you can do is open the door to let some heat out and turn the heating to off. High quality large bathroom 3 tins of soda in the mini fridge Free of Charge Snacks vending machines downstairs, you may need help from reception using them. Buffet breakfast was excellent with a large range of foods. Reception were very friendly and helpful special mention to Yo-Yo and Selina for excellent service. Have a translation app to help you. At basement level.theres a small yet to be fully developed mall with a couple of resturants be cautious of LURI BBQ they delivered an extra dish on on the order and they charge for it , I believe this is deliberate ! If you exit the hotel turn left walk to the road and turn left again about 100m up the road is a supermarket, kfc and another resturant Overall a very good place to stay for a layover, you're still 1.5hrs from city centre but only 2km from the airport

So family friendly! At arrival we felt warm welcomed and the receptionist informed us of upgrade our room to a super double-bed room! My whole family was very pleasant with the stay. We are also very appreciative of the picking up and dropping off service, which made our travel so much easier. Totally happy with the stay - every aspect. Before we left, they even surprised my kids with toys in the blind box. So kind and helpful!

Have Shuttle bus very nice and Good service, Customer service also good, mini market and many restaurants 👍

Great stay for a family of four! We arrived at midnight, called in and received clear instruction for hotel pick up (level 3 for international arrival with specific gate number, mini bus arrived within 15 mins). Hotel Reception was friendly, room was clean, we had a good rest. Our booking didn’t include breakfast but we have added on. You get discount rate if you are hotel guests. We’d highly recommend the buffet breakfast. Decent options for food (good for value) and good coffee.

Convenient. Especially when you have early flight. Be mindful to be there earlier as the bus / van can be quite pack in the morning

We stayed in this hotel for 24 hours transit in Beijing. We arrived quite early (11 am) and were checked in. The room was nice, clean and warm, but the tiled floor is very cold, it’s uncomfortable to walk on it. The main advantage is transfer, the bus goes every 30 minutes from 3rd exit on the 4th floor of the airport.
