The room is very clean & tidy. All staff are very nice & helpful. Overall the hotel is great.

The hotel is wonderful. The accommodation was comfortable. You are the best in Beijing.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff are very positive and helpful, they helped me extend my stay multiple times. Great location, near many shops as well as University and hospital.

I always stay at Orange Hotel chain because of the non smoking policy . Rooms usually smell clean and do not have the cigarette smell . This room was clean and pleasant but had few issues . The sounds proof was not good enough I couldn’t sleep because I could hear many people jump on the upper floor and people opening and closing their doors till midnight or later . After I took a shower the water came out of the wall to the room’s floor,when I arrived there was no towels at all I called and they said they usually do not provide towels 😬 but sure enough a bit later a girl from the reception brought me towels and apologized which was good. The reception ladies were very helpful . I will stay with the hotel again but hopefully I will get a better room than this time . ( it was too late when I checked in to ask to change the room )

The hotel is quite small but very comfortable, I have a pleasant stay. Everything smell like orange! The security is very nice, you can’t go to another floor which is not your room. They provide orange as well! It is very near to some small restaurants, very nice place. Shaoyaoju station is just walking distance.

I had the best experience in the hotel first the checkin was extremely great and friendly with 2 young ladies who went out of the way to fulfill our needs my family and I were really impressed with their welcoming I guess the English names are Shawn and Ningning. Also the housekeeping 2 ladies who cleaned our room in 2 days during our stay were very helpful. Definitely it's my favorite hotel for my coming stays and will recommend it to all my friends as well. Food we had no chance to try but we will next time for sure .

The Orange Hotel is very clean and cozy. The reception staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to attend to my queries. Highly recommended.

這次入住桔子酒店，體驗很不錯，一進大堂，獨特的裝修風格便吸引了我，時尚且充滿活力，細節之處盡顯設計巧思。房間更是讓我眼前一亮，整潔寬敞，採光極佳，床鋪柔軟舒適，智能設備操作簡便，大大提升了居住的便利性與趣味性。 酒店員工的服務態度熱情而專業，從辦理入住到解決各種小問題，都高效又貼心。周邊交通便利，吃飯購物都很方便。

經貿大學的學生，這家酒店距離學校很近，還非常乾淨衞生，酒店的設施很齊全，有小度還有烘乾機洗衣機，酒店的客房大姐很熱情，最最最有禮貌的就是前台，非常熱情有禮貌，賓至如歸的感覺，尤其是前台小寧真的服務好！推薦這家酒店！絕對非常不錯！
