We had the pleasure of staying at the hotel in April 2025. All of the staff were very friendly and professional, despite challenges with the language. The location is right next to a subway station with a direct link to the center of the city for 4 Yuan. The breakfast is included in the price and is quite varied. Recommended. There is a little robot that delivers food when you order delivery, which is a fun addition.

Dylan and Lydia were super friendly and helped us a lot . They are English speakers which made our stay easy and comfortable. They were just a call away. The hotel itself is clean and in a quiet place

I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the metro, which made getting around the city very convenient. The beds and mattresses were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The TV in the room was excellent, offering great quality and a wide range of channels to relax after a long day. The staff were courteous and always ready to assist with a smile. Everything was outstanding—I highly recommend this hotel!

Nice, quit rooms. Very good and friendly service Me. Dylan is very helpful. If you oversleep and come to breakfast 1 minute before end - you will get full breakfast with no problem. Just 5 min walk to metro station.

The Hotel location is perfect, very near to the Subway, line 8 and it takes only 8 stops to reach to the “Temple of Heaven. The window view was awesome, rooms are clean and nice, a little bot small but nice. It would be better if the front desk stuff can speak English.

和家人一起來北京玩兒，千挑萬選決定入住這家希爾頓歡朋酒店，酒店環境很好，地理位置也超級棒，因為離地鐵站非常近，hhh，五福堂地鐵站，去天安門，前門大街，王府井，都巨巨巨方便，並且這家酒店性價比我感覺超高，房間衞生超乾淨，早餐種類也非常多，Grace小姐姐服務非常奈斯，會主動幫拿行李上樓，見面都會熱情的打招呼問候，説節日快樂，點贊點贊，退房當天因為著急落了東西，Echo小姐姐又貼心的幫忙郵寄，真真灰常感謝，下次來京，還會選擇繼續住在這裏噠！！！

房間很寬大，視野好，很乾凈，夜裡1點多到了還有人在值班，打掃衞生的大姐於艷梅很負責任，把房間打掃的很乾凈，見面很禮貌打招呼，有回家的感覺。健身房設施足夠，洗衣房也很乾凈，洗衣機很新。 值得推薦！
