Haocai Muju Hotel

My bed and pillow had stains on them, it was absolutely disgusting. The hotel is pretty far away from the center of Beijing

The hotel is amazing! The environment is perfect, ideally designed. Very clean. The service is good. Our room was on the 25th floor and had a view of the city. Breakfast includes different kids of dishes and beverages. Thanks a lot! I recommend this place to my friends.

Very polite & nice service from their receptionists, helped us to ordered food deliveries as I do not have a China phone number. They do provide free shuttle bus to & back from the Universal Studio. The room was big and clean.

Breakfast was good and room is nice and clean

The room decor and design are nice, but they don't match the level of service: To begin with, no one speaks English! A hotel located in the capital of a country, and not a single person speaks the most widely spoken global language. The breakfast service is incompetent. Breakfast is served until 9:30 AM, and on our first morning we arrived at 9:15 AM (because we had arrived at the hotel past 1 AM the night before) and the fruit bowl was empty and never refilled. At any hotel in the world, all food items should be available until the end of breakfast time, even if only in small quantities. The lady in charge was already turning off the coffee machine. When we made the reservation, we specifically chose this hotel using filters for "with breakfast" and "with gym." When we arrived, we found out the hotel DOES NOT have a gym! Yet they advertise it as if they do and even have photos of it. Ridiculous. We later found out there is a small gym on the 14th floor, but it doesn't belong to the hotel – it’s part of the building and not considered a hotel service. Makes no sense. The room cleaning is very poor. At first glance it looks clean, but when you look closer, it’s not: there's dust on the TV, the window ledge, the curtains, and the corners of the shower aren’t clean. There is a lot of room for improvement… I do not recommend this hotel at all!

Nice hotel for the price, but don’t expect European 4-star here. Overall nice room, with slight need of maintenance. Hot water is not really available until 10 AM, i think it runs out when everyone is showering in the morning. Breakfast is mainly Chinese but they also have a western selection. Mall with stores, restaurants and coffee shops (Starbucks as well) is in the same building with the hotel. Metro station is literally in the corner. Despite the staff is not speaking English, they are very kind and easy to communicate with a translator app.
