Great location 10 mins walks to tiantan station, 10 mins walks to temple of heaven. Reception was great specially the front office manager Ms. Zhang super helpful and friendly. Will come back to stay again and will recommends friends.

帶着孩子第一次來北京旅遊，盲選選了這家全季酒店，因為離體育訓練總局比較近，地鐵也不遠，北京二環內去哪裡都方便。前台小張經理也超級友好，熱情接待我們，還免費幫我們母女的房間升了級，又送了歡迎水果。三晚住宿體驗非常滿意，下次有機會來北京，還是會選這裏。

我們本來預定的是無窗雙床房，但是提前了一個半小時到，我們在酒店大堂等了很久。前台工作人員給我們升級了有窗的雙床房並且給了優惠，同時贈送了早餐。我們就連續訂了4個晚上。
1.前台工作人員服務很周到，且態度良好，護髮素會根據客人需求調整數量。
2.早餐種類多元，有白粥和小米粥，搭配鹹鴨蛋，還可以煮麵，面很好吃，也有酸奶和水果，都是比較喜歡的。阿姨態度很好，且不吃可以打包，時間到了會提醒客人多拿，不催促客人用餐。
3.房間格局方正，陽光充足，整潔乾淨，暖氣充足
4.地理位置方便，距離天壇公園，故宮博物館，國家博物館，雍和宮，頤和園等地點都不遠。
相比於其他城市的全季酒店而言，這裡的服務做的很不錯，好評，下次來北京，還會考慮住這裡。❤️❤️❤️
