Fantastic house. The room was clean and bit aesthetic! I would recommend!

if you’re coming to Beijing to visit Universal Studio, this place can be your best options. cheap and very close to Universal Studio. Very clean and tidy. But it’s inside the houses are so it might be difficult for you to find places to eat if you don’t speak Chinese. The owner speaks perfect English, you definitely can ask for her assistance. Would recommend anyone this place. Thank you, I had a good stay.

Super helpful online receptionist, we got free upgrade to a better and bigger room, including all the amenities. The only issue is location. it's quite a village, therefore public transportation goes exceedingly rare, like twice for the entire day on the one side and and from morning till afternoon only on the other side, also, there is a long way of walk from/to the bus station. Also, we wanted to stay there for 1 more night, but the price was almost twice more pricier than the original one.

it's way too far from the main road, but the decorations are good tho. For the tourists please do not choose this hostel if you are going to Universal studio's resort.

Due to a problem I could only stay one night but the owner is very friendly and refunded the remaining money, how kind!

The facilities were very clean and comfortable. We always felt safe, the person who contacted us was sooo friendly, he answered all of our questions. Special thanks to the lady who cleaned our bathroom, she was so nice and thorough with the cleaning. It was such a wonderful time, would definitely stay again!

住了兩種房型，都很喜歡，很少點評的，這次是真喜歡，價格合理，房間隔音還不錯，早上的太陽也能直接進房間，有兩層，公共場所很温馨，

環境很好，離環球也很近，民宿小姐姐很好，因為我們訂的是公衞，得去樓下很不方便，小姐姐就替我們換了個獨衞，房間裏面還準備了兩瓶水，太方便了

房間很乾凈，配色很好看，這個價位能住到這麼乾淨的房間是驚喜，位置打車還挺好找，離環球也很近，點外賣很方便，附近有一家小超市可以買點麪包和啤酒，老闆很熱情，晚上12點給老闆打電話也很熱心解答，推薦來住~

優點：房間挺大、也乾淨，洗漱用品都很齊全，還有香氛去味，出遊的話離環球很近，打個車十來分鐘的路程，叫外賣也挺方便，比較適合個人出遊或家庭出遊。缺點：在衚衕裏不太好找、沒有電視、隔音不是很好，尤其是別人在門口聽的一清二楚（情侶和商務出行需要休息的人士還是不建議🤣）個人提個建議可以安裝一下幕簾做投屏設定，這樣入住體驗感會更好。

地鐵站到花粧然後打車過來比較方便，附近沒有店家但可以點外賣～（有一家蟹黃拌飯好好吃），地方有一點偏最好白天過來比較安全，鄰居家有一衹狗狗超可愛哈哈哈。 開門之後裡邊真的別有洞天，是我最喜歡的庭院風格。感覺約上幾個朋友在庭院裡邊聊天喝酒肯定很快樂。房間裡邊有空調可以開暖氣，床很乾凈，這次房東小姐姐還幫我升級了房型～ 民宿離環球很近，打車也方便，隔天早上八點發的車10s就叫到了，價格大概是18塊。 祝小姐姐生意興隆
