Wonderful location and great views for the room, you can literally see the forbidden city in your room as well as the administrative lounge. Very nice staff and breakfast is fantastic! Walk to Wangfujing shopping centre and convenience for lots of food and shopping options.

Hotel location is fantastic, it’s very close to WFJ, with less than 10 min walk to APM. There also a convenient store just opposite the hotel. Cleanliness improvement needed. I found that stinginess the cleaning staff might not vacuum the room or not change the bed sheets regularly. Room’s Soundproofing isn’t great. Especially in the bathroom area, you can clearly hear the conversation from the next room. I think for 5 star hotel, this is really unacceptable. The air conditioning is excellent as it can be adjustable. This is a big plus, especially when compared to the other hotels where the room temperature is fixed and can become stuffy during winter.

Great service from hotel staff, everyone is friendly and respectful, especially Claudia at the front desk, who provide warm and efficient service upon check out. Hotel room is quiet spacious for a family of four, we love the large double beds. Breakfast was good and adequate but not amazing like what other reviewers have mentioned, may get boring for a longer stay. We love the location, so accessible but yet calm and quiet. Overall definitely a gem in Beijing.

1st impression was already excellent when checking in at the concierge. 真真 and the various staff of the hotel offered deliberate customer service throughout our accommodation. Strongly recommended!

Amazing hotel located very close to Forbidden City and walking distance to malls with many good restaurant and shops. The staff was very kind and receptionists spoke english. Room was very comfortable, big and clean. Breakfast was one the best buffets I have ever had.

The hotel is strategically located in Wangfujing walking distance to the Wangfujing Walking Street. The hotel service staff are very helpful and polite. Special thanks to counter staff Carina, who made checkin and checkout a breeze; and the housekeeping team for keeping the rooms clean.

The location of the hotel is very good, can easily walk to Gugong museum, Wangfujing Street and Tian’an Men Square.

We visited Beijing for a couple of days as a family trip and spent three nights at the hotel that was situated at an ideal locations for tourist spots, many of which being walking distance or a really quick taxi ride away. Facilities were well kept and service was of a really good standard with members of staff we encountered being friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for families visiting the city.

The hotel is right next to Wangfujing, great location if you want to be near the central Beijing and tourism attractions. The hotel is five star, the cleanliness and facilities are up to the standards like other five-star ones. The room was good sized , on the big side actually. However, I don’t feel the welcoming as I’d expect from a five-star hotel. For example, the luggage men were happy to open the door for you and take your luggage for you, but there’s no eye contact, no greeting. Another example, the hotel room was clean, but there was no eye contacts from the housekeepers even when I greeted them, and they didn’t want to greet you or even smile back at you when we met on the hallway. I feel the staff may need some training. The hotel itself is great but the staff didn’t necessarily want to be there .
