Beijing Fenghe Hotel recensioner

The hotel was exceptionally clean, with no unpleasant smells, and the price was very reasonable. The room service was excellent—our room was cleaned thoroughly every day. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and the location is extremely convenient. It's close to Beijing West Railway Station, and you can easily reach it by bus or metro.

We needed just a room to sleep for couple of hours so that was fine, it was clean that’s the main point. But the room was really small and a bit dumpy because of the weather. Still fine if you just need to rest and not going to spend a lot of time in the hotel.

Good choice for families, friends and couples

Hotel was excellent with cost and service both don’t hesitate to book the hotel. Outside the hotel environment is also very good with lot of food options like KFC, MC Donalnds, 7 eleven, Coffe option and indeed lot of chinese options too. The taxi, public bus, and bejing metro is also nearby

Excellent place value for money

The staff are not very smiling and helpful. Especially the day we cheked ou, we left our luggage in storage and when we returned to pick up the bags, we wanted to use the restroom, the don't have restroom for guets. I Never seen that on a hotel.

We had a good stay! The hotel is in a great location with plenty of food options nearby. The room is spacious with lots of natural light, and the bed was very large and soft, making it really comfortable. Although there was a noticeable smell of smoke, everything else was fine. The bathroom is a bit dated, but it’s generously sized and offers plenty of counter space, which was very convenient. The cleaning staff were also incredibly kind and helpful. Overall, we had a pleasant experience.

The room was somehow clean. Convenient to get a taxi(Didi). The service was good. Just found the lady at the restaurant a bit creepy as she was taking photos and videos of me as I had my meal, which made me feel uncomfortable. Other than that, I had a wonderful stay.

The room was very good and big but it had cigar smell, we didn’t complain because was just one night and we leave early in the morning but it was very strong! Also in the halls. Overall good!

Unfortunately the room was much much smaller than in the pictures, which was a bit of an inconvenience and the place was very noisy (I could hear all the neighbor's conversations... ) it's convenient and clean but a bit deceiving.

Gave us two rooms instead of a suite. Didn't really suit us. Fairy basic and a little dated. No food service but lots of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Reasonable walk to the tube station (12 minutes).

Cleanliness: The room was clean overall but they just forgot to check the windows. There were some white stains that looked pretty disgusting on the windows. Location: There are some shops and restaurants around, but it's quite a walk to the metro station (10 min.) and quite far from the center and the touristy stuff. Service: The staff at the reception was not friendly at all, but they did reply to my questions and provided an adapter (with deposit).

This is my second time to book this hotel. It’s a great value for the price. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed comfortable, the staff all friendly and helpful, even through a language barrier.
