thank you especially to Zhang and Yang for their outstanding service. they helped me a lot during our stay, especially when we need to retrieve our lost baggage, which is taken over by our didi driver by mistake. check in process is really quick. we encounter nk problem at all Room is so clean, and well arranged. basic amenities provided by the hotel. hotel location is grear near dongdan station (with escalator access).

Recommend! The exquisite hotel that doubled the happiness of the journey exceeded expectations during this stay, and I felt the meticulous service from the moment I stepped into the lobby. The service provided by Xiaojia in the breakfast restaurant was very good. She learned that we had to wake up early to catch up with our schedule and offered personalized breakfast packaging in advance, which made us feel very warm. The design of the guest rooms is simple and elegant. The city night view outside the floor to ceiling window forms a perfect balance with the double-layer sound insulation glass, so that you can sleep soundly all night long. The bedding is skin friendly and breathable, the bathroom is dry and wet separated, and equipped with an intelligent toilet. This hotel embodies the concept of "being at home" with its strength, and is definitely the quality choice for business travel and vacation! I will definitely come back to stay here!

Hotel well locatef not far from metro and from the main interesting places to visit, people at reception desk were very kind and helpful,, room had good size and was very clean , if we visit Beijing again , will repeat this hotel

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel during our Beijing visit. The hotel is new and clean, and our room looks exactly as described and photographed. Location is convenient: subway station just around the corner, a ~15 min walk to Wangfujin area, and easy commute to major attractions. The lobby area is comfortable and beautifully decorated. There’s a coffee machine for guests, and free laundry facility as well (but the dryer did take longer than normal to dry). There was a smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways one day, which we are not used to. Not sure where it was coming from. Though the smell was gone the next day. It’s not the hotel’s fault though. Service was fantastic! From the moment we stepped inside, everyone was professional, attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. On arrival day, 小赵 checked us in and showed us to our room, and gave us welcome fruits. We also got a special drink during our stay. When we were caught on a rainy day, there were umbrellas at the hotel that we could borrow. Special thanks to 张薇 for her enthusiasm. We had a lovely chat and she gave us recommendations for what and where to eat! It made our trip more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire front and housekeeping team for their wonderful service during our stay. Highly recommend!
