Absolutely perfect- location, service, attention to detail. Housekeeper was immediately attentive and fantastic. If anything needed tweaking, she was on to it 100 per cent. Dream location- sight-seeing, food, shops all nearby and every taste catered for! Able to move around on public transport: buses, metro and taxis with ease. Definitely, the place to come and stay again! Thank you.

No clear instruction as to check in procedure..i manage to see the housekeeper and she help me to check in the room but she is nice and make everything easy for me afterwards

Location is very accessible to shops, food and bars. Really good location. Reception is in 19th floor. Should contact adding phone number on wechat using translation function. Really good view too. D block has swimming pool.

At first, when arrived I was confused where to check in, but after a bit it was sorted out quickly by chatting on WeChat. The place looks nice, a bit of wear and tear but for one night it was okay! ☺️☺️

The apartment was very big and well appointed. However the room’s power outlets were hidden behind heavy nightstands and we couldn’t find them until the second night.
The bathroom tiles in the shower were in need of repair and the movement sensing lights in the bathroom were too fast to shut off making it annoying to shower.
The location of the hotel is excellent so overall it’s a very good value for the money.

The hotel room was clean and very nice. It seems to be in a prime location with many malls & restaurants are in the vicinity. The proximity to the sigh seeing places is the best part. Really enjoyed our stay

Super satisfied with the room, really comfortable and prompt fulfilment of our requests. Cleanliness makes the room a nice place to stay. Easy access to the mall just beside with lots of shopping and food options.
There’s washing machine and even heater to dry our laundry so it definitely provides a lot of convenience to us.
Easy communications via WeChat.
Definitely recommend to stay here, no regrets and will book again! 💯

The location is nice. The room looks nothing like what you see in the photos when booking. There is no one to greet you at the front or to explain check in procedure? The cleaning ladies were very nice.
