The hotel room is very clean and tidy. We liked the bathroom and view the balcony to the lake and mountains very much. It is very beautiful how mountains light every evening. Meanwhile, after midnight lights turn off, and it is great from our point of view, because it cares about the environment (sustainability agenda). We liked to have western food for breakfast. Traditional activities are very interesting, we participated in it a lot. Hotel territory is very big and luxury. It is a big pleasure to go for a walk there every day. Duty stuff Shirlie is very helpful and friendly. Thank you very much!

Love this tranquil and scenic hotel. One of the best hotels ever stayed. Service is very good and room was clean, spacious and comfy. The view of the Yanqi Lake is fanatic where you can see sunrise. The pagoda next to the hotel was quite a view especially at night. The landscaping is also flawless especially during the time I visit in Autumn where you see the colorful foliage. The hotel is situated close to Mutianyu and Jinkou Great Wall sections which is very convenient for my hike in both sections during my stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

Really nice resort, staff are friendly, the room was lovely and the staff were all very enthusiastic. As we were traveling out of season it was very quiet and we got to enjoy the frozen lake mostly to ourselves! Will definitely be back, probably during a different season so we can fully appreciate the local areas beauty!

We spent a wonderful 2 nights at the Yanqi Hotel. The concierge desk was extremely helpful. Because we were celebrating our anniversary, the hotel arranged the room with rose petals and a bottle of wine which was very kind. The hotel is clean and peaceful and the breakfast is great. The hotel had a great gym and indoor swimming pool.

Excellent location. The Yanqi lake area is wonderful and it is possible to walk around or ride a bike to check the scenery. Service at the hotel was also great, every member of the staff was very helpful and we did get an upgrade to our reservation. Breakfast had plenty of options and the dinner buffet was also tasty. We strongly recommend this hotel to any couple wanting a relaxed experience.

酒店環境特別棒！是住過的最美的酒店，雁棲島太美了，草坪特別大，六一和端午節假期都沒什麼人，維護的也特別好，氧氣充足。 酒店入住人數控制的比較好，早餐也不用排隊，而且吃的都供應很充足。完全沒有節假日的侷促和擁擠。 給我們升級了親子別墅，非常棒，還有自己的孩子玩具區域。 房間地面灰大，孩子沒有穿拖鞋，腳是黑的。。。後來就知道乖乖穿拖鞋了。服務人員有的比較呆，好像不知道應該幹什麼，有的很熱情，可能培訓不是很嚴格？有點靠個人發揮

環境：酒店所處位置環境真的沒得挑，景色宜人，適合休閑度假，除了這一點，其他無論硬件軟件都完全不匹配，感覺酒店錢都投入在綠化了，其他方面沒什麼經費維護。 衞生：入住時去了大堂衞生間，太臟了，沒想到五星酒店能臟成這樣。馬桶蓋沒幾個完好的，臟污程度沒眼看，保潔就在裏面，也沒有及時打掃。泳池水很渾濁，還有蜘蛛在爬，浴巾很薄很舊。 設施：設施陳舊，定了三個房間，兩個水池下水都壞了，邊洗手地上邊流水，找了客服説為什麼會這樣，當聽不見不回答。游泳池竟然沒有甩幹機，濕泳衣連個裝的塑料袋都沒有，給了垃圾袋裝，附近的棲湖都是洗烘一體機放更衣室的。。。沒法比 服務：服務也一般，入住時要了一次性紙杯，催了幾次，離店都沒收到 餐飲：種類少，口味差，價格高，旁邊的日出東方餐食不知道要高多少倍，房價低的棲湖也比這裏好太多，完全沒有性價比，酒店對自身的投入維護倒是很有性價比

北京懷柔雁棲酒店之前來過幾次，住過別墅大嘴猴套房，也住過主樓的套房…每次感覺都很好。進入酒店的小路上便可能小覷其悠然湖邊度假的氣息，每條小路處處都有成蔭的植物。園林之中，小徑通幽，繁花夾道。蝶舞蜂飛，生意盎然。趕上六一小童節，有很多親子家庭也和我們一樣，期待着一次美好的假期。特別感謝前台Luna Lu，不僅服務專業，而且特別注重客户服務，她耐心的幫我們辦理了入住，耐心詢問了我們的具體需求。非常幸運的為我們從別墅調整到主樓的房間，讓我們度過了一個最最開心開心的端午假期。 一推開房門就能看見綠色匆匆的視野，我們在房間享受了一個悠閑的午後時光。晚上，孩子在浴缸裏泡個泡泡浴，太愜意了… 西餐廳的環境也很不錯，遠觀臨湖，在窗邊吃早餐和晚餐，心情格外舒暢。客房服務人員都非常勤懇，偶爾能看到他們忙忙碌碌的身影，而且服務非常周到及時，為我們加送了瓶裝水和防蚊液。送餐服務人員動作嫻熟，態度和藹，牛肉漢堡超級好吃！門口的電瓶車強烈推薦，微風吹拂在臉上，坐在電瓶車上在園區內散步非常悠然自得。感謝Luna Lu和全體工作人員的貼心服務，期待下次再見哦～

入住了[雁棲酒店]，體驗超棒，必須給個好評！        一進酒店，前台侯姝琪Rosey熱情又專業，快速辦理入住，還貼心介紹周邊好玩的地方。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，床品柔軟舒適，窗户望出去景色也很美。早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，味道超讚，開啟活力滿滿的一天。         這次旅行還體驗了雁棲酒店的旅拍服務，恆壹旅拍攝影師兆陽太厲害了！拍照技術一流，很會找角度和構圖，還會耐心引導擺姿勢，原本我不太會拍照都拍出了大片感。拍攝結束後，很快就把照片給我了，修得恰到好處，保留了自然感又美化了細節。這次旅行因為有這家酒店和旅拍服務變得格外美好，強烈推薦給大家！以後來這邊還會選擇這裏！

這次五一假期扶老攜幼全家入住雁棲酒店，體驗感非常好！首先，前台客房餐廳遊樂場工作人員服務態度好，主動服務意識強。其次，客房佈局合理，床品舒適。第三，早餐菜品豐富，色香味俱全。第四，增值服務恆壹旅拍有驚喜，預約客服介紹清晰，攝影師文了解拍攝意向後指導長者孩子完美配合，出片滿意。第五，建議客房陽台配備茶几椅子。

非常滿意！五一最後兩天假帶長者過來遊玩，酒店大氣上檔次，環境好，房間乾淨、舒適。辦理入住時值班經理盧晨陽服務熱情周到，知道有長者入住，特別貼心安排了合適的房間，並安排將衞生間地面輔了防滑巾，拿來淋浴椅，考慮周全，耐心細緻，責任心強，提醒訂歺、遊玩注意事項。不愧是星級酒店的標準！優質的服務使這次旅行非常省心舒心，期待下次再來！
