This was our third time staying here, and overall, it has been a good experience. One of the main reasons we chose to return is the exceptional service from Ms. He Fang. She truly listens to us and proactively seeks feedback — something we appreciated during our first visit when she asked ya for feedback before requesting a positive review. Her sincerity and professionalism left a good impression.
We would also like to commend both Ms. He Fang and Ms. Zhang for their outstanding service. They were attentive, helpful, and genuinely cared about our concerns, their hospitality really stood out and made a difference in our stay.
Regarding the rooms, each one has slightly different features, particularly in terms of lighting systems. Some power outlets , especially near the desk were not functioning properly.
Housekeeping was inconsistent. Some days everything was well-maintained, but on others (notably 5/6/25), used towels weren’t replaced, tea and coffee were not replenished, cups weren’t cleaned, and we had to request these items via room service.
As for the self-service laundry, there are only two machines available, and we observed that they were often occupied by the hotel’s own cleaning staff, making it difficult for guests to use them unless during off-hours.
Overall, we appreciate the warm hospitality and efforts to improve, but hope to see more consistency in housekeeping standards and better access to shared facilities in the future.
