Excellent service given our need to have two room nearer to each other. The reception did their very best to help us on all request we made. Well done!!

Overall clean hotel room and environment..staffs are very polite and will attend to needs..can improve on language to communicate with foreign tourist who can't speak Mandarin well.

Glad to stay in this hotel.. all the staff helpfull and comunicated.. the location very good.. Ci Qi Kou metro station exit A only 2minutes walking.. the room typical new and clean.. enjoy to stay here

Overall it was a pleasant stay. The hotel is located conveniently next to the underground station with 1 change to the capital international airport. There are a few shopping malls located 5-10 minutes with local restaurants open up till late hours good for mid night snacking. The staffs were super friendly. There is free coffee machine locales at the reception. Upon departure they gave us a gift pack with snacks. Check in and check out was really smooth.

I stayed here for 4 nights, this has been the best hotel in terms of hospitality and service.The staff were amazing. Hotel is conveniently located near subway station and near most attractions in the city. The hotel is new and clean, friendly and helpful staff. there is a washer and dryer free for guests to use and this is helpful for us traveling as a family. Will come back here again.

The location is very good, it is near the airport bus stop just one minute walk to the hotel. The nearby area is full of the supermarket and the restaurant. The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. The room is clean and big. Recommended to who want to stay in Beijing.

Near subway station. They have the robot to deliver the food delivery order which is very convenient. The room is quite big but the aircon is not very stable. Sometimes the temperature increases in the middle of the night and the room can be quite warm. And the shower head is faulty.

Air-conditioning is the first reason we picked this hotel! We heard and read a lot of reviews mentioning that many hotels in Beijing and Shanghai haven't normally operated the cooling air-conditioning at night (or maybe during the daytime as well) even some day it's over 25c. (Only fan provided upon request at some hotel.) Another reason is that the hotel just did the big renovation, so guestrooms with bigger room size and without carpet couldn't be better! :D However, the room we got upgraded is a Deluxe room on the 1st floor where is connected to hotel lobby, guest toilet, and main entrance for all guests to pass by. Also, it's connected to an outdoor garden including smoking area. Even the request for a non-smoking room placed but couldn't help at this stage. Location: 4.5 (3-5mins from Ciqikou station cross the street or 5-8mins to Chongwenmen station) *For main entrance, pls notice the building wrapped with orange sticker. Room: 4.5 (Spacious, smart room with new modern design, great water pressure) Cleanliness: 5 Amenities: 4 (4 bottles of drinking water daily, tea & coffee plus small biscuits. No toothbrush, shower cap, comb, shaving kit) Buffet Breakfast: 4.5 (Cover all basic lines; Chinese, small Western corner (with no choice for egg) Staff: 3.85 (Some tried to help out but some not. We checked-in pretty late ard 6pm but said the room wasn't ready. That could probably be the reason why we got the room upgraded. Google translation app needed) Surrounding: 3.5 (a bakery shop in front of the hotel, some of chain restaurants/bakery shops in a building opposite the hotel. A few big dept stores, restaurants, coffee shops can be found around Chongwenmen station)

Receptionists and hotel personnel were very friendly and hospitable. Hotel location is also accessible to 2 MRT lines. Will come back again the next time

Excellent services. Very comfortable bed and pillow. The cleaning lady is very helpful and friendly. There are washer and dryer service for use. Definitely one of the best hotel I have stay during my trip. Highly recommend.

The location of hotel is quite good, it near to the subway station. Anyway, AC is not adjustable due to there’s centralized control system. But staffs are willing to help upon requests!

Location is really good. Near to alot of attractions. Airport shuttle bus stops right at the door step! Food and eateries are readily available opposite and beside.
