Conveniently located near public transport, the surrounding roads are in poor condition with unpleasant odors in some areas. Breakfast was relatively good but and room service needs improvement. On the bright side, the automated food delivery robot was a pleasant surprise and worked well!

Friendly hotel will helpful owners. Big rooms. Clean but the bath could get a update. Besides that near metro and from there you can easy reach the city Center. Breakfast for western people is good enough (toasts, butter, jam, eggs, coffee, cereals)

The little brothers and sisters at the reception were very good in their service attitude. I went to the reception late and offered to send late night snacks. The room was clean and tidy, which was a great stay experience

Amazing front desk staff. Many thanks to 昙殊Kmi for his support. However, I will advise the ladies at the door of the dining area to stop taking pictures and videos of foreigners especially those of African decent. It’s uncomfortable to eat and see others take video of you. This happened the morning of 24/09/23. The bathroom sink of Room 8321 can be cleaned properly. That being said, i will still recommend to stay at this hotel.

It takes about 20 minutes to walk from 周家莊station to the hotel. Not too far away but quite hot to do so during Summer season. The hotel is clean and staff members are friendly. However, you cannot borrow iron to iron shirts but can only use it in the hotel’s washing room. It is not convenient. Hotel only provides paid breakfast service. If you wants to eat, there are only two restaurants around. The choices are limited. Alternatively, you may order foods delivered by foods deliveries service. The worst is that it’s wifi does not work all the time.

Nos sentimos muy acogidas desde el primer momento, pedimos poder cambiarnos de cuarto y nos subieron de categoría sin coste alguno, incluso nos ayudaron a llevar todas las cosas al nuevo cuarto.
Estuvimos muy cómodas, nos ayudaron a pedir comida e incluso nos acompañaron al supermercado.
Me siento feliz y con el corazón lleno de cariño por el especial trato que nos han brindado.
Incluso nos regalaron galletitas, las vistas desde la nueva habitación era muy bonitas de noche.
