The room is well furnished and the location is good. The housekeeper is so sweet to fold me a rabbit with greeting card and help me to tie up my messy cable. Overall service is good.

One of the best experiences for hotel stay, very quiet room, perfect room temperature and right distance from hotel employees

This level of hotel as soon as you have 1 single negative point it will wipe out all other positive points and indeed quite disappointed on a so important point as the breakfast selection and choices, unfortunately, the selection is just as poor as a Hanting hotel level. Far away from other hotels in same city beijing or other cities in China, and here we dont compare yet to hotels in kuala lampur, dubai, singapore… etc

I found this hotel ok and not up to the general standard of other Hilton hotels. Whilst my room was clean, there were other parts of the hotel that were dated and required maintenance or repainting. The service was inconsistent, the chef at breakfast was just simply rude. If he dislikes his job that much he should consider doing something else. I watched to see if it was me and a language issue however he was the same toward Chinese speaking customers. I found the service staff generally standing around or talking even in the club lounge with little focus on service. Of the 5 hotels I have stayed in China this is the worst. Location is not that convenient and walking to Sanlutan is quite a distance.

The hotel is built at least 25 years ago , but still quite nice . Service is good . They have two wings, the wing faces highway is also very peace , great !

A little bit outdated but still very enjoyable 

We booked for 3 nights and checked in, a total of 3 rooms, on 3rd Sept. The check-in was seamless and effecient, and the front desk staff Ms. Lisa Zhao was extremely helpful and accommodating to our various requests, from breakfast to last-minute printing to room type upgrades. We managed to finish our meetings earlier by a day, and not wanting to be caught in traffic, we checked out earlier, ready to forgo the prepaid extra night. To our surprise, Ms Zhao arranged for a refund for the unused night. We are very appreciative of this kind gesture. Overall we find this hotel to be very suitable for business travellers like ourselve, and we will definitely be coming back to stay here.

there is nothing nearby to shop or dine

All the staff so nice! When they know that we have a kid, they change room for us to B-Duck Room. My kid love so much.

I had a very pleasant stay and I also got a room upgrade and a late check-out for free. There are many good restaurants around the corner (5 minutes walk) and parking in the parking garage is free too. The staff is really friendly - thank you very much Jackie Yuan for the upgrades - I will come back soon.

Tony and Harry at the customer service did great job! We had a perfect experience for staying here.

The hotel was wonderful, but especially the front staff were exceptionally helpful. We got there very late at night and they offered and ordered food for us. Great experience would love to go back.
