Good location in CBD, connected from Kerry Centre, 5 minutes walk to China World Mall. Guomao subway is a longer walk across the mall around 10-15 minutes. JinTaiXiZhao subway is nearer with a 5-10 minutes walk. Hotel’s grand lobby looks impressive, very good sized room and sofa area sufficient for 2 pax, bathroom has shower and tub

Great service and wonderful playroom for kids. Club lounge had a wonderful selection for breakfast and happy hour

A comfortable stay at a very convenient location near Beijing CBD. Staff were very friendly and professional, always going the extra mile for us during the stay. Definitely will stay here again the next time in town.

The rooms are very well cleaned by housekeeping team and the room amenities are excellent. I never had to call anyone as everything you need is in the room. Club lounge was nice, and I definitely will stay here again.

The hotel is located in CBD. Walking distance to most of the buildings.

Kerry Hotel is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Beijing! The location is fantastic, with lots of interesting places nearby. The rooms are decent and just the right size. Big shout out to the staff for their amazing service! We had such a great time and will definitely be coming back!

Excellent location connected to the China World Mall & Towers. Also a short walk from the Citic Tower & CCTV building. Hotel had read our pre-arrival request and gave us connecting king and twin room. Perfect for a family of four and with a good view too. Super comfortable beds, staff could not do enough to help and free minibar was an added perk!

Highly recommended place to stay: helpful and friendly staff from check in to baggage transport to room to fruit offering a few minutes after check in all the way then to check out. Room was spacious and very clean. Nothing missing. The view was breathtaking (possibly the best view in Beijing)

Its basically Shangri-La hotel with different name. Even their wifi name is Shangri-La hotel, so if you planning to stay near to China World Shopping Mall its very convenient 2 min walk. Rooms are spacious nothing special. I stayed in October so rooms were very cold, literally i was freezing and asked for heater, but service desk said they don’t have any left.. So if you plan to come here in winter season you better leave a note on the bookings comments section about the warmer.

Family with 2 kids. It’s suitable for a staycation. Especially with the indoor playground and nice indoor pool.

Very comfortable and beautiful hotel. Well located with great restaurants and stuff to do nearby, although a little bit business-oriented.

After we switched on do not disturb sign, the housekeeping lady knocked on the door and front desk started to ring us, apparently wanting to give us welcoming fruit. Housekeeping lady then barged in, instead of leaving the fruit at front door. Very uncomfortable experience. When I raised this with the front desk I was told this was normal.

I just left the hotel. Yesterday at the reception they told me that are doing upgrades, same room but breakfast for free, so I was ok, thank you. Today I was busy till 10 so I go for breakfast at 10.10, they told me at 10.30 is closing time. Food was finished so I had a coffee and a pastry. After that I did the check out so I was informed that I need to pay for breakfast. I told to the receptionist that the upgrade was for free , so in the end she was ok we will do the full refund of deposit, so I left, when I was in taxi I saw that in the end they charged me 240 rmb for breakfast. I don’t have a problem paying for my expenses but if the receptionist is lying to me cause I’m a foreigner and they hope I will not come again they mistake. I never book the breakfast cause this hotel have a good pastry shop across the breakfast place. I’m disappointed.
