Fairmont Beijing recensioner

We had a lovely stay. It is exactly what you would expect from a Fairmont. I just wish there was more restaurants around the hotel area.

First class experience and the gold lounge is an exceptional hotel inside a hotel.

Very clean and nice

This Fairmont in Beijing is really comfortable for family trips. The massage chair in the room was the best! The level of service is outstanding and all the staff are super friendly and eager to help. Because I had a foreign number, I was not to download certain Chinese applications for making reservations. Several times the front desk staff were able to make reservations for me using their own phone numbers. I left my favorite slippers in the hotel, and the person that was taking care of us , Beata, even shipped my slippers to the next hotel. I am sure this was outside of her responsibilities, but she was so nice and and so helpful. I couldn’t recommend her more. The only thing I could say is that the location has a lot of traffic congestions during rush-hour. However, if you are a family and not traveling during rush hours, it is OK to take the metro which is one block away and it’s much easier to move around Beijing with the underground then taking taxis.

Great stay at the Fairmont in Beijing! The exterior is truly iconic, the rose-gold façade is easily recognisable. The location is also good, close to a metro station and a couple of malls, with a good mix of Western and Chinese restaurants. The rooms are clean, well-decorated, and although the interieur is slightly dated, neither comfort nor cleanliness suffer as a result. The staff is attentive, friendly and approachable. All in all, definitely worth a stay on the next Beijing trip

Everything was great, the location, the size of the room, and the cleaningness, too. But, there were three things I didn't like. 1. The temperature outside was 5 degrees, and in the room, only 17.5 degrees. It was freezing cold, and I could not fix it. 2. The other thing that was not ok was lack of fresh bread or pastries for breakfast. As a foreign guest, I would love to have some in the morning. 3. Internet connection didn't work so I had to use my own mobile one.

Room is nice and clean, breakfast alright, hotel location is good.

The hotel is convenient and not as old as I think . The room is clean and service crew are friendly I will come back again 😊

The service really shone through this trip. It was warm and friendly. They upgraded our room, and the room was wonderful. The massage chair was phenomenal, and we spent a lot of time in it. We also went to the spa, which was absolutely fabulous. I loved the attention to detail and the clean mellow environment. The pool was 20 meters and had a jacuzzi, we both loved it. Happy hour had a good variety of drinks, and the coffee was good. The food was delicious. The bed was comfortable. The design is elegant and refined. It was definitely value for money. We loved our stay here, and definitely will come back.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Customer service contact me before my arrival to share a lot of useful info. Also they offer to upgrade my room and extend my checkout time until 5pm. A very good stay and will come again

I’m not much of a reviewer and only leave comments when my experience way exceeds my expectations. The Fairmont Beijing deserves every praise. We were treated fabulously, a mix between old friends and VIP guests. Every request was given their utmost attention and nothing was ever too much trouble. We are very blessed to have been looked after once again by the wonderful staff at the Fairmont.
